Labor Day in Ventnor

The property was set up well for a renter. All necessary items to prepare your own meals. The front deck gets lots of afternoon sun to sit and have drinks. The AC cools the place nicely during even the hottest day. Overall a great place to stay.

Short stay in Ventnor

This was our family’s first stay in Ventnor. We used to own a shore property in another state and wanted a change of pace. This home was clean and located on a quiet street that was walkable or bikeable to whatever we needed. It was updated and the photos were accurate. Communication with the owner was amazing. Would recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice family getaway.

2nd Floor Beach apartment in Ventnor City

This apartment (in what was undoubtedly a 2 story home at one time) is pretty much exactly as described in the listing. Main bathroom and kitchen are modern and renovated. 2nd bathroom is new, in part of house that was probably an addition. The rooms aren't large, but it more than big enough for a family of 4. I really like that the original character of the beach house was retained...the layers of plaster etc. As far as amenities, everything was as described. The beds were fine, the AC superb. Be forewarned though that the bathrooms are small, so if you are a big person or it could pose a challenge. The beach equipment provided is basic, which we suspected it would be. We bought our own Tommy Bahama stuff with us, and if you have similar equipment and can fit it in your vehicle, I recommend you do so. The bikes are also basic, but just fine for riding down the boardwalk. The area itself is very nice. Quiet. Clean. Easy street parking. I have to mention that William is an outstanding host - as good as any I've dealt with on VRBO (or any booking site). He couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. Everything went smooth as glass thanks to him. I had stayed in the northern shore previously, and this was my first time in Ventnor City, which is a lovely beach town. I would certainly come back, and would stay in this apartment again.

Adjacent Music Festival

The BB property was exactly what was listed. The pictures do not do it justice. This place is AMAZING! I would definitely stay there again.

Enjoyable vacation

We had the best time on our recent beach vacation. The check-in process was easy and convenient. The host even allowed us to check In a couple hours early. 😀. The condo is roomy and had all the necessities. The host even provided reusable shopping bags, which we learned is necessary in New Jersey. No plastic bags. The beach chairs and cart were really helpful when our whole crew was together heading to the beach. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. We had such a good time at the beach.

Beautiful Place

We stayed at this beautiful home/condo in July, 2022. It was clean, spacious and convenient to get everywhere. We loved the room setup, decor and great amenities. You can’t go wrong staying here and the owner was kind, helpful and communicated well!

Family Time

My daughter and I went together for the duration of the time with my son and son-in-law coming down for dinner. The place was spacious and clean. Sitting out on the porch at night was an added bonus.

Great condo!

Everything was great! Very cute, cozy condo. Very clean and well maintained. Owner responded quickly whenever we had a question. The only negative was that there was a house being built next door and they started with the construction by 8 AM every day. That was out of the owner's control and we are early risers so we didn't mind too much (our teenagers on the other hand weren't as happy, lol). We would definitely rent there again if we go back to the area. Thank you, William, for your hospitality!

Nice Space But Some Issues

The space is large. The renovations that were done are not great. Many places where walls have been spackled and not painted, and the overall condition of the unit is somewhat unsightly. It's old and has not been updated well. The rear shower had NO water pressure. The other shower had some, but not enough, There were some other major issues. There is an active construction site next door. The constant noise and debris and the overall vibe of the environment was horrible in that regard, The construction vehicles caused a huge parking problem on the street and the workers were screaming and playing loud music from 8 am every morning. The other big issue was that the owner of the unit had an isane amount of stuff in the unit. Every closet was full when we got there! And the closets were only a foot deep in the first place and there was no hanging space even when they were empty. There was very little room for our stuff! There was a set of golf clubs and a boogie board in the rear bathroom! Why? If you're going to rent out a place to people for a vacation, move YOUR stuff out! I would not rent this unit again.

Great Ventnor Beach get-away!

The owner was super responsive, and even checked in to make sure all was good. The house is clean and nicely appointed with everything you need to enjoy your time at the beach! It’s a quick walk to the beach, they have a beach cart with beach chairs and umbrella and toys for kids too. The front (it’s upstairs) patio is so nice to sit on when a cool breeze is coming through. Super convenient to walk to restaurants too! We stayed a week and loved it!

Beautiful rental house with plenty of space

Loved the space! We had a lot of room for all 3 kiddos that stayed with room to spare. The welcome gifts were a nice touch and owner was super responsive. Would have loved a couple more hooks And a shower for outside for sand wash off. Neighborhood was close quarters a little noisy, and tough to find parking on a busy weekend but it was a busy weekend so I can’t complain too much.We enjoyed the balcony as well and could see the fireworks from there which was fantastic. A good spot to stay.

Spacious and well-appointed beach getaway

Our family really enjoyed staying at this property. It was spacious, bright in the living room, had a nice balcony, and was very conveniently located. The beds were very comfortable! It looks like it has been recently renovated, so it was modern inside even though it's probably a historic house. The property owner/manager answered questions quickly, and they had everything we needed (boogie boards, towels, beach chairs, shade structure). My only complaint, and this isn't the fault of the manager, is that there is construction next door, which could make hanging out in the home less appealing. But the construction wasn't every day, and it was not a problem after the work day, plus the bedrooms are on the other side of the apartment (so you could nap without the noise being a problem). We would definitely stay here again!

Jersey Shore Vacation

Great 2bd/2ba condo. The info on the site was very accurate so there were no surprises. William is the best host I have ever dealt with thru VRBO. He made our stay more enjoyable. Highly recommend this condo.
