Relaxing retreat perfect for your next getaway. This lakefront property sleeps 13, with 5 Bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Plenty of outdoor space to enjoy, with decks, screened in patio room and a PRIVATE DOCK. Situated on Lake Avalon, a no wake lake in Bella Vista, you'll find the perfect atmosphere for kayaking (4 provided), paddleboarding (we have 2!) swimming and fishing! Relax in the hammocks or explore the walking and bike trails nearby. Fully stocked home, kitchen, grill, firepit, & laundry!

so all the rooms were clean, nice location right on the lake. the video game console downstairs was a nice touch.

Beautiful stay with friends!!

We absolutely loved this property as well as the hosts! We had a few things come up and they were super helpful and quick to respond. It was chilly outside, so we played lots of games inside and put together puzzles. We just had a baby a few weeks before and this house was perfect!

Beautiful setting on a quiet lake

Property is great. Enjoyed fires by the water and kayaking from the dock. First half of the week was with the family and the second half was with my annual golfing trip friends. Property is located very conveniently to most of the golf courses and major roads.

Great Family/Friends Getaway

Had a great week here with our family and our friends and their family. Our week was mostly about biking in Bentonville, fishing on the lake, and relaxing together in the evening. The house fit our two families well! Loved the options of sitting on an open deck, covered patio area, or down on the dock by the water. The driveway was a bit intimidating at first, but we got used to it quickly. We'd recommend this house to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay. Thanks for a great week!

Hidden Gem

Everything about this vacation was perfect. Plenty of activities even in the winter. Nearby bike trails/pump tracks good for all ages. Perfect 1-1.5mile round trip hike to an epic waterfall. Caves are about 15-20 minutes away to explore. Close to bentonville. Good food options even for our group of 10. Relaxing by the firepit next to the lake even in the winter was perfect. My kids took the paddle boards out for a bit and even did a polar plunge. Can only imagine how much there is to do in the summer.

Better than Advertised

The pictures don’t do this place justice. We had 8 adults and 2 kids and just about everyone could be doing something different at the same time on the property. Plenty of seating room on the inside but you will want to maximize your time outside. Perfectly set up, we sat out on the upper deck while grilling dinner, the lower deck after dark to avoid the bugs, and the deck by the water to cook s’mores around the fire pit. Amy’s place sits in a private cove on a no wake lake so the entire place is serene and peaceful. It was exactly what our family needed. And when we did leave, we found the perfect spots. Tanyard Creek Trail has one of the more beautiful waterfalls I’ve ever seen with tons of rock outcroppings. At the Blowing Springs Trailhead us Gear Garden, a hidden beer stand that sits in the shade next to a creek for the kids to play. We will be back as soon as we can.
