Accommodation: The Agence des Orres offers this beautiful apartment of 55.70 m2 for 8 people. From the 2nd floor of the "Les Edelweiss" building in the Hauts de Préclaux residence, you will be ideally located close to all the shops, restaurants and activities of the resort. Thanks to its double exhibition, this crossing apartment offers a balcony overlooking the shopping square of the Orres 1800, the heart of the resort; and an exceptional view of the snow front and ski slopes, from the second balcony to the south where you can enjoy the sun of the Southern Alps.The spacious living room consists of a living room with double sofa bed, an open and fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, etc... and a dining area for 8 guests at the table: promise of friendly evenings with families or friends! You will have three sleeping spaces: two bedrooms with double bed 140 x 190 cm and a mountain area with two single beds 80 x 190 cm. A bathroom with bathtub, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet complete the set. Guests will benefit from direct access via the elevator to the residence's heated outdoor pool, as well as to the sauna cabins and the fitness room (open in season only, summer and winter). Two ski boxes will be at your disposal to store all your ski equipment.For a non-smoking stay, consider booking a double parking space, for two vehicles, in the underground car park of the residence giving direct access to the accommodation by the elevator (surcharge and subject to availability from the agency directly).
