Located just up the street from the water, a two-minute walk from Bristol Beach, and four minutes from Falmouth Heights Beach, this colorful cottage features a lovely screened-in porch and an outdoor shower. You'll be within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and entertainment, making this home the perfect combination of comfort and convenience. After exploring all the area has to offer without ever having to get in a car, return home and cook up a tasty meal in the well-equipped kitchen. When the feast is ready, exit stage left onto the front lawn for an al-fresco meal in a bucolic setting at the four-person outdoor table. Or, keep things simple and order takeout from one of the many nearby restaurants. Once the sun sets, call it a night as you relax on the futon in the living area and stream a movie on the smart TV. When the sun rises again, rinse and repeat until bliss becomes you.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
