Spacious water front six bedroom house perfect for two families or a large family retreat. Enjoy our paddle boat or bring your own toys! Don’t forget the fishing rods to hook onto some large mouth bass or pickerel right off the shore. The yard has a huge swing set for the kids and a large deck for the adults to enjoy the magnificent water views. While sitting on the deck, observe nature with bald eagles flying overhead and otters playing in the lake.

This spacious home which includes Central air throughout has a large kitchen and living area. The master bedroom (downstairs) has a queen bed, and access to the downstairs full bathroom. The bedrooms upstairs (5 in total) consist of: one double bed, one king bed, two separate bedrooms each with bunk beds and then another bedroom with twin bunk beds. The upstairs also features a full bath with a beautiful walk in shower. There is also an outdoor shower.

Bring your bikes and head off through the trails of Shining Sea Falmouth Bike Path. Popular beaches like Old Silver Beach and The Heights is a quick 10 minute drive away. Finish the day at downtown Falmouth or Woods Hole with a great meal, shopping, ice cream and people watching. The Island Queen is a ten minute drive if you want to explore Martha's Vineyard for the day.

There's a family room with SmartTV and DVD player, and a spacious eat-in kitchen with a slider to the deck and the grill. Also included are a microwave, coffee maker, washer/dryer, dishwasher, linens, WIFI, Central air and a basement for storing all your vacation gear, such as bikes, beach chairs and coolers. You also have access to a paddle boat on the lake! Home includes 6 off street parking spots.

Great bachelorette weekend

I stayed here with 7 other women for a bachelorette weekend and it was PERFECT. The space is gorgeous, the location even better and the host was communicative and responsive. Couldn't have asked for better accommodations.

Great spot for a getaway!

We were here for a bachelor party and were out golfing most days. The house had everything for us when we got back. Plenty of room for all us and beautiful porch overlooking the pond for everyone to get together and relax!

Perfect for those who like lakes and ponds with those who prefer the ocean. Best of both worlds!

Beautiful home; excellent location ! Peaceful and relaxing yet short travel to beaches restaurants etc. Quiet neighborhood for walks anytime of day! Perfect for two or entire family. Would definitely recommend. Communication with owner was excellent! We can’t say enough about it!

Great lakefront home!

Large kitchen and living area with enough space to sleep the 12 of us. Large beautiful back deck with a nice fire pit. Great location, close to everything including our favorite Old Silver Beach and if you don’t feel like going to the beach you can float, swim or take the paddle boat on the lake right in your back yard. We would definitely stay here again!!

The property was amazing, it was clean and spacious and absolutely beautiful. The owners left a whole book providing activities and restaurants which was beyond thoughtful. If I ever find myself in Falmouth again I would definitely rent again

Girls’ weekend!

This was our annual girls weekend away, always went up North, but this year we decided to try the Cape. This place was perfect for our group of 7!!! Very cozy, clean, warm and inviting. Looking forward to rebooking next year!

Awesome Girls Trip

We used the house as a weekend getaway as a home base for our trip to Martha’s Vineyard. The house is ideally located and is close to Cape Cod Winery which was a great starting place for us. A few hiccups but the owners were super responsive and helpful. We’re already planning our return trip!!

Wonderful Gathering Place for our Family

The house and the deck were perfect for our gathering. We were in Falmouth for my Mon's 90th Birthday. Family and Friends came from all over the country and one family from Ireland. The house was a great gathering place for the informal "catch up" times. The location is conveniently located.

Golf Haven

My high school and college chums have been taking an annual golf trip for 45 years and visiting many locations. We all enjoyed our stay at this property and the hosts were very helpful and pleasant. We are already discussing a repeat trip next year! Clean, comfortable and beautiful scenery with the lake out back. Highly recommended!

Beautiful location

We enjoyed our stay and , as we had ages 4 months to 71 years there were lots of options for some to go down the hill to the pond while others stayed at the house. We explored some to woods hole and a cape cod canal boat trip. Close to everything! Some issues came up and the owner was responsive and helpful. Kitchen is large and conducive to multiple cooks. Would recommend.

Family Reunion

This was a great place to stay! We had our grown children and their families all together. We used the paddle boat and did some swimming in the lake. We had many fires on the deck! There are lots of restaurants close by. A great time was had by all!

Wonderful stay and excellent communication

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house has a beautiful view of the lake behind it. It’s situated perfectly in a quiet neighborhood. The amenities accommodated my family very well. The beds are very comfortable. The owners are great and responded quickly to a question that we had. Would absolutely stay here again in the future. Thanks for everything!

Golf Trip

Stayed here last year as well and liked it so much we came back again. We are all high school and college chums who have been coming to an annual golf trip for almost fifty years. The house here easily accommodated our group comfortably and was in a very opportune location for many golf courses. Unfortunately, this year our second day was a rainout but we made the best of it by going candlepin bowling which was a blast.

Perfect Lakefront house for a perfect cape vacation

Beautiful, comfortable lake front house. The house was spacious and had everything we needed for a week long vacation. The paddle boat and swing set were perfect for the various ages in our group. We enjoyed time on the large deck with a fire pit and gas grill. Large kitchen table for family meals together was ideal. Upstair bed were comfortable. Downstairs bed was a sleep number which my husband and I struggled to find our perfect number. Living room had plenty of seating and a lake view from the large windows. We completely enjoyed our time here on he lake!

Perfect family home

I have family on Cape Cod and the remainder of the extended family gathered for a family reunion (postponed from 2020). This house was perfect for my family and my husband’s brother’s family. The lake activities were great for the teenagers that do not like going to the beach. The home was centrally located and easy to get to my family home. The hosts were helpful and extremely responsive. I would rent this place again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

Wonderful spot for our family celebration!

All my wife's children and grandchildren gathered at this lovely home to celebrate her 70th birthday. The home and grounds/neighborhood are simply great and Thomas was a wonderful and responsive host. Since some folks stayed the whole visit and others were only with us for a long weekend, we were thrilled that the dining area accommodated our whole group when necessary, and the kitchen allowed many hands to make light work. The dining table doubled as a spot for the family to gather and reminisce over photos and scrapbooks, and the deck, fire pit, swing set, and access to the pond made our time spent "at home" as wonderful as our travels around the Cape. We had a wonderful time, and are looking forward to returning soon. Thank you so much for making her birthday wish come true!

Hidden Gem

What a fantastic spot to bring a large family to. We were a group of 10 adults + a toddler and never felt that we did not have the space we needed. The hosts have made this house feel like a home. Stocked with all kitchen (even bking supplies!), beach necessities, TV's with streeming in the LR and bedrooms, linen, coffee pods to start us off. g The back deck is huge with a oargeous balcony fire pit. Bottom line is you will not need much more than your clothes + toothbrush! As for the property, the pictures tell the story. And yes, it is as cozy & relaxing as it seems. It is a short (10mins) drive to at least 4 beaches (we went to them, there may be more), large grocery stores and a cute downtown Falmouth. All in all it was a great family holiday..

Overall great house

The house is clean and nice, lots of comfortable beds. The kitchen is super well stocked with cooking supplies, but no spices, oil, etc. Also, they do not provide trash bags or dishwasher detergent. The back porch and play set are great spaces that we greatly enjoyed. We booked this in part due to the fireplace in the living room which was listed 2 times as an amenity, upon arrival there was a note that is had not been cleaned and couldn't be used.

Welcome and thank you exploring our property! We are Tom and Julia Summers and our house has been in our family for almost 50 years. Julia's father, a fire fighter, bought it with his plowing money when he was in his 20s. From there, this house has brought friends and family together for years! Many friends and family members can remember great times in this house and will often refer back to the times on Pinecrest. Now it's your turn, we would love to share our joy and time in this house and in Falmouth with you!

This property is a tranquil setting where you can escape the busy hecticness of the cape in July, but easily rejoin it when you feel the need to, with a quick 8 minute drive to all the amenities that Falmouth has to offer. It's quiet, peaceful and just what you need in the summer. It's on a swimmable lake with a dock and paddle boat. This property is ideal for spending a day on the lake and then heading into town for dinner and drinks and then heading to the beach the next day.

If you are sick of the drabby typical cape cottage then this house is for you! This is a clean, large updated 6-bedroom house. It has central air, new windows, new hardwood floors, and is newly painted. The bathrooms are beautiful with updates. A quick walk down the hill brings you to the lake with the dock. Down at the lake, there is a fire pit with Adirondack chairs. Off the first floor, there is a sprawling deck for ideal outdoor living to host dinner with family and friends. You also have access to everything in Falmouth with a quick 8 min drive to the Heights, downtown, and Old Silver.
