Indeed the room was spotless. It was a very comfortable apartment with a wonderful balcony with a table where you could eat outside. The kitchen had everything you needed. And the washing machine was an added delight.

I couldn't have been more pleased with the accommodation. And it was reasonably priced! I did consult with the team and they responded quickly and seamlessly. There is a large grocery store within walking distance. There is a 5-minute walk to the sea where there is a great seaside park along the coastline. The view from the balcony was wonderful especially at sunset. It was a great place to have a meal. You even had a view of Moorea Island. I was so fortunate to have found this place. Oh, and the washing machine was an added bonus!

The place is about a 20-minute walk from the city centre. The walk itself doesn’t feel very safe — we saw several homeless people acting strangely and even police dealing with a fight. I wouldn’t recommend walking alone, especially in the evening.We stayed two nights. The first night was very difficult to sleep because roosters started crowing around 10 p.m. and continued until morning. The bed also had only a sheet, which felt unusual.Facilities like the bathroom and toilet were basic but functional. We didn’t use the kitchen as we were out most of the day.

Merci d’avoir pris le temps de partager votre expérience. Concernant la rue, il est important de préciser que ce qui peut s’y passer ne relève pas de la location de l’appartement. Dans toutes les villes, il arrive que des situations particulières puisse arriver et il semble que vous soyez tombé sur une situation nécessitant l’intervention de la police, mais cela reste ponctuel. Nous sommes désolé que cela ait perturbé votre expérience mais malheureusement cela est indépendant de notre volonté. Tahiti demeure une île sécurisée dans laquelle vous pouvez vous promener sans difficulté. Pour ce qui est du linge, nous sommes dans un pays tropical où la température la nuit avoisine les 27°. C’est pourquoi nous mettons un drap, adapté au climat. Toutefois, une grande couverture est toujours disponible dans le placard si vous souhaitez être davantage couvert. Si vous avez eu froid, cela peut aussi venir d’une climatisation réglée un peu trop bas. Encore merci d’avoir partagé vos impressions. Cordialement, ERA Gestion

This property is in the centre of town and a walk away from everything. There is a marketplace 5 mins down the road. Take into account peak traffic as the street is one way and can get jammed. We had to go round and round a few times, even though the instructions were to park and put our hazard lights, everyone else was doing that and it left us no room on a Friday afternoon! Apart from that little adventure, the apartment has everything you need, clean and modern. Could do with a sitting chair inside, instead of just little stools, but it met our needs and we were happy with the stay.
