Hi! We are Elizabeth and Mike and we are so pleased to share our new Athens home with you. We live an hour away in Gainesville but love Athens and know you will as well. Liz is a UGA grad and a former athletic trainer for the Bulldogs as well as a Kappa Alpha Theta. Mike is a physician at Piedmont Athens and we come to Athens weekly for his work. We have a beautiful 2 year old boy so the house is baby ready with a crib and highchair available. Whether you're coming for a sporting event, a wedding, live music or just a great time in Athens you will be very comfortable and safe in our house.

We chose 245 Gilmer street because of its great location and because we love the new construction and open floor plan. Shopping at Alps plaza is only a few minutes down Hawthorne Ave and Price Ave is a short walk away. We enjoy walking through Normaltown and to Automatic Pizza for great food. Try their Italian Sub! We are also just across the street from Bishop Park where there is a lovely Farmer's Market on Saturday Mornings as well as a playground and Tennis courts for the kids.

245 Gilmer St. is professionally decorated and well appointed. The King Size Master bed is probably the most comfortable we have ever owned. We love sitting out back on the porch watching a game and enjoying the fresh air in the fall. If you prefer being inside there is a new smart TV in the living room as well as a fire TV in the Master. The whole house has a great fresh and clean feel from the moment you walk in the door. There is plenty of natural light and privacy that creates a modern feeling sanctuary right in the middle of Athens.
