New Construction 4 bedroom 3.5 bath house with high end finishing's in Normaltown, Athens GA. Less than a mile to downtown Athens/ UGA Main Campus and a 1/2 mile to the UGA medical campus. Enjoy the outdoors with a screened in back porch and Firepit outside! The front porch provides outdoor ceiling fans and Adirondack chairs to relax and enjoy the afternoons. Gain entry with electric locks and feel secure with a doorbell camera and one over-looking the back staircase/driveway.

Perfect Athens stay

This property is in the Heart of Normaltown Neighborhood with the ability to walk to many restaurants as well as Downtown Athens and both UGA's Health Campus as well as the main Campus including the Football stadium! The house was completed at the end of 2021 and we are excited to have you enjoy all the things that we love about Athens!
