A woodsy and convenient home base for your year-round activities in and around Sunday River, this three-bedroom home will place you within a half-mile stroll of the ski lifts and the base area at Sunday River Resort.

Skier or snowboarder, leaf-peeper or hiker, you'll enter this tree-lined home by way of a mud room with benches, hooks, and cubbies where you can shed your outdoor gear. Inside, you'll find an open living space adorned with natural wood and soft leather furnishings. Watch movies on the flatscreen cable TV. On one side of this great room is a large, eat-in kitchen with butcher-block countertops, a spacious island with bar seating, and stainless steel appliances. On the other are sliding glass doors that lead outside to a deck with a gas grill overlooking the woods.

As the day's clothes spin in the washer/dryer and you log off the free WiFi for the evening, you'll have your choice of three generously sized bedrooms. The primary bedroom is on the main level with a full bathroom across the hall; there are two more bedrooms and one more full bathroom upstairs.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
