This 4-bedroom, 3-bath home comfortably sleeps 8–10 guests—ideal for families or groups of friends looking to enjoy everything Sunday River has to offer.
The space
Wake up to snowy views of birch trees and while you sip your morning coffee and make breakfast in our fully equipped kitchen. Head out early for runs at South Ridge just a minute away or grab breakfast in nearby Bethel.
After a full day on the slopes, unwind in our cozy living spaces. The main floor features an open-concept living and dining area, a king suite with ensuite bath, a bunk room with two sets of bunks, and a bedroom with a full bed. A shared bath with tub/shower completes the upstairs.
Downstairs, you’ll find a second hangout area—perfect for kids or extra guests—with a TV, foosball table, kitchenette, bedroom with two twin beds, and a full bath with shower.
