The East entrance of this corner house leads through a small gate to a shady courtyard. On the ground floor, you will find an open-plan kitchen and a lounge/dining room, opening onto a west-facing terrace with mooring and a lovely view over the Port Grimaud channels.
The first floor comprises a bedroom and a study, separated by a shower room and toilet.
The second floor offers a bedroom with a balcony that could be configured as a double or single bed, as well as a bedroom with two bunk beds and a single bed, also separated by a shower room and toilet.
An exceptional place to discover the charms of Port Grimaud and the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.
Mooring: 10 x 3.80 m + pontoon

Parking for one vehicle.
Water Check Cards available for free.
Pets not allowed.
