This custom-built tiny house is on a two-acre forested lot, is partially powered by solar energy, and includes a car charger. The property is less than 2 miles from Quechee Village and Simon Pearce and an easy day trip to major ski resorts and hiking trails at Killington, Saskadena Six, Okemo, Ascutney, etc. Also nearby is the world-class dining and shopping in Woodstock, VT and Dartmouth College in Hanover, NH.

The house is equipped with all modern home amenities, including a gas range, a dishwasher, a microwave, a combo washer/dryer and a dual unit mini-split heat pump system. The property includes a firepit and a large 13x13 deck suspended from the maple trees in the hill overlooking the property for a spectacular view of the tree canopy, as well as a western red cedar hot tub.

No ski equipment or large, soiled sports equipment allowed inside the tiny house. Machine room storage area accessible from outdoors is available.
Pets allowed up on furniture only with protective blanket (provided). Minimum age for rental is 25. You may be asked for proof of age upon booking.
There is one outdoor security camera on the premises at the top of the driveway. There are no cameras indoors or in the hot tub area.

John and Arturo were amazing hosts! The tiny home was exactly as advertised and the hosts went above and beyond to provide recommendations, a full guide to the home and even a little welcome gift, including a hand written card - it was so sweet!

The Tiny house was a perfect get away for our mini moon! Arturo made sure we felt right at home. It was clean, relaxing and very easy to navigate between Woodstock and Quiche for any excursion. Swann Way had everything we needed, and then some! By far the best vrbo experience. Would love to come back and highly recommend

This is a wonderful tiny house in Quechee Vermont. It is close to Simon Pearce and the gorge and about 20 minutes to Hanover. The property is so cute and amazing functional for the tiny house experience. There is outdoor seating (and a hottub!) which is very comfortable. Inside there is a remarkably functional kitchen, small living room, and comfortable queen size bed. It was perfect for our stay! We found everything very clean, check in was easy (door code), and the hosts were very communicative for the one question we had. I do recommend this adorable house if you're in the Quechee area!

This is an amazing find. Everything was perfect and accessible, cozy, yet roomy enough to feel downright spacious. On top of all the amenities beyond the house itself--fire pit, hot tub, raspberries and cocktails lookout--is the location. It's near absolutely everything you'd want: Quechee (with the amazing gorge), AND Woodstock! You simply cannot ask for more.

We loved our stay. The house was cozy and fun to stay in with our 9-year old son and dog. The hot tub was relaxing (and especially magically during the light snow). The location is also great — close to all the places we wanted to visit in Woodstock, Windsor, Norwich, and Quechee.

The property was gorgeous and made for a very nice getaway! The hot tub was great and it was very peaceful. There were also plenty of dishes, utensils, laundry detergent, and other stuff to help us through our stay. There was an issue with the house not being very clean upon arrival, which was a a pain and required us to clean up quite a bit. However, Arturo and John were very responsive and helped make it right. Would stay again!

Swann’s Way may be my favorite rental place I’ve been to yet. The hosts, Arturo and John, were extremely accommodating, even going as far as to leave a bottle of local maple syrup! The tiny home is beautifully designed and impeccably clean. My favorite aspect by far was the hot tub which is tucked just behind the home amongst the trees. It was so relaxing to be able to go for a warm soak under the stars (though be warned we did hear a pack of coyotes). I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a weekend getaway!

Awesome Place! Great Location!!

Just book this place! The home was spotless and the location can't be beat. Very close / convenient to Quechee and all it has to offer, restaurants, hiking etc... Great place to stay for the weekend and I look forward to staying here again!

Superb getaway location!

Great escape

Really enjoyed the escape to some peace and quiet with the family. This was a great spot to unwind, but still close to restaurants, brewery, shops, trails, and anything you need. I highly recommend this spot!

Swann's Way is a delightful, well-designed home in a perfect location—nestled in the woods, but convenient to great hiking, dining, and so much more. The hosts are gracious and responsive...a wonderful experience all around!

Cozy tiny house stay

We throughly enjoyed our stay at the tiny house! It is a great location just a 15 minute drive from downtown Woodstock. The added features of the hot tub, fire pit, and deck with string lights make this place stand out. The owners provided a nice welcome gift and a great guide to the area. Highly recommend staying here!

We love the outdoors, especially hiking, skiing and swimming. Vermont has been an enchanting destination for us since we moved to New England. We hope you enjoy our home and the Upper Valley as much as we do.

We wanted a home that allowed us to nestle right into the Vermont forest and which had as little an environmental footprint as possible while preserving style and comfort. Because the house was built on a gooseneck trailer bed, we named it *Swann's Way,* after one of our favorite novels.
