Jameson's Place is located minutes from the Old Mill District, the Hayden Homes Amphitheater, Deschutes Brewery, and the Mount Bachelor ski area. The Smith Rock State Park is a short 45 min drive to the North and Crater Lake National Park is a 2-hour drive to the south.

Jameson's Place (named after my son) is a great space for families with small children and/or pets. The private fully fenced backyard is a wonderful space to play cornhole after a long day of exploring Central Oregon.

House Rules:
Quiet hours are 9 PM to 9 AM
Dogs or cats considered
No unattended pets left uncrated
Pet fee $25 per pet per day
No pets on furniture, beds, or in bedrooms.
No smoking ($250 fine for smoking)
No drug use
No more than 6 guests
No events or parties
Check-in is 4:00 PM
Check-out is 10:00 AM (late check-out fee of $50)

Other than 12” long lawn, some brown substance on ceiling, broken cabinet in bathroom with a towel rack that easily came off the wall, couch propped up on unpainted wood “leg”, tv would not work or connect, a unsafe rotten flooring in middle bedroom that was so bad, creaky beds, dirty curtains that were way way too long, we slept well.

The house was darling! It was clean, well-appointed, and in a quiet neighborhood. We didn't stay long as we were busy exploring Bend, but when we came back, it was always warm and cozy!

It was difficult to get the access code through VRBO. I finally called the owner and got it from him. The keypad at the home was difficult to maneuver. There was a very dim outside entry light that made it impossible to see while trying to maneuver the keypad. One of the couches fell hard when sitting down. There were 3 2x4s that were used as a leg that had collapsed. One of the bathroom cabinet doors was broken and off the hinge. One of the dining room chairs was broken making it unstable. We got the tv to work Friday evening but couldn’t get it to work at all on Saturday. I sent a message to the host but got no reply. There was a spot on the white curtain in the bedroom that looked like blood. We paid a fair price for this home but it was sub par. I would not stay here again. I really feel like the owner should give us a partial refund.

Loved it both times we’ve stayed

The fire place in the living room is amazing and it’s very spacious. We stayed two different times with our dogs and loved it both times.

Perfect for our stay

This was the perfect place for our stay. We came to Bend for a show and it was an easy trip to get to the Old Mill District. House was clean and comfortable.

Very nice place and the location was great for us, we could walk to our son's house. Everything went smoothly. We would stay again. The only minor thing was the TV was hard to work and there were no instructions, and the neighbor;s dog barked a lot when outside, but that isn't the property owner's fault.

Safe, clean, great spot for a short stay in Bend.

New floors, updated. Big kitchen. Quiet rooms.Huge living room for kids. Kids toys provided!! Great time, would stay again.

We had a great time!

We celebrated an early Christmas. Had a couple days of nice skiing, walked to nearby restaurants and enjoyed our stay. The house is nicely furnished and perfect for the four of us and our dog. We especially enjoyed the gas fireplace.
