This semi-detached cottage offers a vast and beautiful unobstructed view of the meadows and forest. It’s situated in a quiet, rural setting that will delight nature lovers. It’s set back from the road along a long path. You can enjoy the beaches of Mers-les-Bains and Le Tréport, as well as the charming historic town of Eu, just 45 minutes away, and a little further on, discover the rich birdlife of the Baie de Somme. In the Bresle Valley, a center of excellence for glassmaking (with a museum in Blangy), the countryside is beautiful. Come for a walk in the forest and discover beautiful views, such as the natural setting of this cottage, located in a secluded hamlet that includes the owners’ vacation home, two other cottages (G7009), and two nearby bungalows. You’ll be joined by donkeys, sheep, and chickens. Private, wooded area (not fenced). Fishing is available in the valley. The parking area is accessible via a grassy path leading to the cottage’s entrance. Children’s play equipment: trampoline, swing. The owners ask that you keep your dog on a leash on the property. The cottage is attached to another cottage and close to a third one. First floor: - living room/kitchen with an old glassblower’s kiln (not functional), TV. (dishwasher, gas stove, microwave), - bathroom (hydromassage shower) with washing machine, - separate toilet. Upper floor: - 1 bedroom (3 single beds, 90x190), - 1 bedroom (1 double bed, 160x240).
