This vacation home boasts an ideal and privileged location, close to the beaches of the Landes and the Basque coast, and at the gateway to Spain. In a protected environment offering tranquility, the "Les Magnolias" cottage is a modern villa with large bay windows bathing the living room in natural light. Its major asset is undoubtedly its large private covered terrace. Located 15 minutes from the ocean, this cottage offers a great opportunity for surfing and board sports fans, as well as for walking and exploring with family or friends. The proximity of the Adour River offers fishermen the opportunity to easily indulge their passion. At the Permanent Center for Environmental Initiatives, a few hundred meters away, environmental professionals will help you discover the rich flora and fauna of our beautiful region. This new house is detached. It is close to a second rental property. This single-story, air-conditioned villa includes: - a spacious living room with a lounge area (TV + Wi-Fi) and an open-plan kitchen (ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher), - 3 bedrooms: 2 queen-size beds (160x200 cm) and 2 single beds (90x200 cm), - separate toilet, - a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. This house has access to the 5x10 meter swimming pool (1.5 m deep), which will be shared with 3 other nearby cottages. Bike rental is available in Ondres. Baby equipment: high chair, bed, bathtub, changing mat upon request. Your pet is welcome for an additional fee.
