The airport is a quick 5-minute drive, and the rental car center is only 3 minutes away. Mandalay Bay casino and the Strip are easily accessible within 6-7 minutes.
Outdoor Retreat:
Spend carefree afternoons in the beautiful pool and backyard oasis. Whether you choose to cook/grill or explore nearby restaurants, our home offers the perfect space to unwind after a day of adventures.
Pool is heated May to October. Please inquire about cost to heat outside the season

Venture out to the Strip or try your luck at local casinos like Silverton, Southpoint, and M Resort, all within 4 miles. Enjoy safe and quiet neighborhood walks or take a short Uber ride to the Strip or airport if you prefer not to rent a car. Our home boasts a family room with a large sectional couch and TV opening up to the backyard. The fully stocked kitchen features newer appliances, granite counter tops, and a dining area seating 6. Relax in the living room, and utilize the den/office with a sofa bed, desk, and printer for work or leisure.
Entertainment & Connectivity:
Enjoy Wi-Fi and streaming services on 4 flat-screen TVs throughout the house. The pool area includes chairs, towels, and patio dining.
A RING CAMERA IS LOCATED AT FRONT DOOR AND GARAGE DOOR. CAMERA ALSO ON POOL EQUIPMENT ONLY, FOR MALFUNCTION PROTECTION. NO CAMERA ON POOL OR BACK YARD.
Minut noise monitor system in living room. Per city regulations. Only monitors NOISE decibels, and smoke detection.
Pet-Friendly:
We welcome furry family members! If bringing a dog, please add to reservation. Only one dog is allowed on the premises.
No Cats Allowed.

We love Las Vegas for the desert landscape, as we are from the Midwest and enjoy escaping the cold winters to Las Vegas. We stayed in numerous Las Vegas homes before purchasing this property and decided that is was a great location for us to enjoy and share with other travelers. Close to the strip, but can escape and ski at Mt Charleston, explore Lake Mead, hiking at Red Rock, Valley of Fire. Also can drive to the Grand Canyon, Palm Springs CA, Los Angles for a night. We enjoy the shows, restaurants, casinos and diverse activity in the Las Vegas Valley.
