The Ivory Tower is a separate accommodation, two and a half stories tall, that makes its own world away from the world, and above it all. The half-story is a loft with stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico, and the room below on the second floor is a large open living area, luxuriously appointed and with a Juliette balcony overlooking the impeccably landscaped Court Lawn. A lovely spiral staircase connects the two levels and leads down to where it all begins, the ground floor king primary and luxury bathroom.
Outside is a secluded south shared lawn for intimate gatherings, conversations, and celebrations, such as its signature feature of weddings. The Ivory Tower commands the south end of The Court Lawn, with windows overlooking both this lawn and the Garden Lawn, and access to both.
The ground primary is elegantly appointed with Peacock Alley linens for your sleeping comfort, and Serena & Lilly furnishings. This airy, coastal room offers dual nightstands and pendant lamps, separate seating, and a built-in desk with Wi-Fi. A Frame TV offers entertainment, while a Nespresso coffee station and under-mount refrigerator keep you well-provisioned for your stay - and ample storage keeps you uncluttered throughout. The beautiful marble bathroom offers a glass-enclosed rain shower and two complementary plush bathrobes for use during your stay.
The wonderfully crafted spiral staircase is art in itself, and upstairs, the spacious living area features Gray Malin art, with seating for four people to gather in complete ease. Windows are everywhere throughout the Ivory Tower, and this second floor with its Juliette balcony overlooking the Court Lawn offers space to feel at home. This living area features a half bath for guest use. Above all this, the loft is a cozy space for two, overlooking the living area below, to call down to others, or to remain quietly in comfort, sitting in conversation and gazing at the Gulf - this is the escape within the Tower. The entire accommodation is luxuriously appointed with designer furnishings and guest conveniences.
The remaining six rooms of The Court offer additional luxury accommodation to several more guests, making this special place a unique option for a gathering in Seaside. The Court is a lavishly renovated new classic created from an old classic motor court, noted for its top-notch location, uniquely secluded in its own space yet literally just steps away from the heart of Seaside activities, shops, eateries, and of course the fabulous beach. * The Court is a 2-night minimum year-round and a 1-night minimum in Winter. The Court's yearly calendar is only open to book up to one year in advance to the general public. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration. No occupants under 25 years of age allowed.
