The accommodation is composed as follows:

First floor:
- 35 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood supplied), sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160x200) with en-suite shower room
- Separate WC

First floor:
- A mezzanine area with TV, armchairs and a games table
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160x200) and an extra bed for a child
- Bedroom 3: a queen-size bed (160x200) and an extra bed for a child
- A desk with screen and internet connection
- A shower room (with shower and WC)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A lovely 1,300 m² garden with petanque court and furniture to enjoy the fine weather (petanque and molki available).
- 24 m² west-facing terrace

The house is ideally located in Moëlan-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
