気になった点 : チェックイン、コミュニケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
The entrance into the apartment didn’t have lights, was super dirty and smelled as trash can. We had to use the phone light to find the apartment.
The temperature was set to 19 Celcius but felt more like 17. The max you can switch it is 21. The host didn’t give me password to turn the temperature up. So we stayed in our coats and could not wash hair because it was so cold.
For check instructions I had to reach the host myself as links on VRBO didn’t work. I had to reach the host multiple time about this issue. He didn’t fix it but sent me email with instructions.
Even we arrived at 14:00 and asked him if the room was available for early check in, he didn’t respond until late evening, basically, if we had any issues with check in, we would need to look for another property because he didn’t respond until 9 -10 pm when I asked him about temperature.
On top of everything, he requested that we cleaned the apartment, took the sheets off the bed, and took the trash outside the building while paying €40 in cleaning fees!
Photos are also photoshopped. The neighbor windows are so close, you can see what they eat and there are no curtains on windows.
When I requested the refund, the host promised to process it next day and stopped responding me. I made multiple attempts to reach him and finally filed the dispute with my bank to receive the refund,
