Cà Gallio consists of three charming houses: Cà del Lessi, Cà del Doro, and Cà del Baldi. You can unwind in a private picnic area with stunning lake views or enjoy your morning coffee peacefully on the terrace.

The Space:
Cà del Baldi
- 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds, featuring lake and village views
- 1 balcony
- Ensuite bathrooms in each bedroom
- 2 toilets: one inside bedroom 1, and one on the balcony (comfortable and fully enclosed)
- 1 kitchen with access through the ground floor terrace
- 1 dining area
- 1 terrace shared with Cà del Doro
- 1 private picnic area (shared with Cà del Doro and Cà del Baldi)

The house is spread over 3 floors.
The ground floor entrance opens into the kitchen, while a second entrance on the first floor - accessible via external stairs - leads to the two bedrooms located on the upper levels.

Guest Access:
After a scenic drive overlooking Lake Como, you will arrive and park your vehicle in a private garage (suitable for 2 to 3 cars).
Get ready for a pleasant 10-minute walk uphill along charming cobblestone streets — comfortable shoes are recommended.

The Neighborhood:
The best is to knock at doors of neighbours and invite them for coffee! People of Gallio are friendly, open and curious!

Getting Around:
The property is a 10-minute walk uphill from the parking area.

Other Things to Note:
Upon booking your payment method will be charge as follow:
1. 30% upon booking confirmation
2. 70% 30 days before checkin date
3. Security deposit (equal to 1 day rental) at check-in date

Interaction with Guests:
Please let us know your arrival time so we can meet up for the check-in. Before your arrival, we will create a what's group where we will share the House rule and you can send us your passport scans as we need to declare you at the city hall so we can pay the tourist taxes.
