The 3000 sq ft barn can sleep 2-4 guests. 1 CalKing bed, 1 Queen bedroom, a large bathroom, full kitchen, pool table, and bar. List price is for 2 people. $50/extra guest. 1 well behaved dog is allowed.

I am a designer and my husband is a builder. I always wanted to have my own boutique hotel but by giving our guests their own residence, they have the freedom to come and go with ease, have their own yard, fire pit, and enjoy the serenity of our lovely land.
We love to re imagine homes....this was an abandoned farm and had to be totally rehabbed! It was so much fun! We love sharing this gorgeous place with people, next to some of Paso's best wineries!

It is so quiet.....sometimes there is no sound, other times we only hear the hawks whistling.... we are on 42 private acres with fun paths to hike, a barn to hang out in (there is a bar and pool table as well as a kitchen, bathroom and even a bedroom which is also for rent). Views of vineyards all around and yet so close to wineries and to town!
