The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming house for rent in Saint-Jean-de-Monts, approximately 1.5 km from the beach. With a surface area of 45 m², it can accommodate up to 5 guests. It consists of a lovely 20 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a garden of approximately 59 m².
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 20 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- Bedroom 1: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and wardrobe
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 2: with 1 bunk bed (sleeps 2) and 1 single bed, wardrobe
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha grill, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A beautiful 59 m² south-facing, shaded garden. It is shared and not enclosed
- A 15 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days
The house is ideally located in Saint-Jean-de-Monts, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private car park (one private space).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest train station: La Roche sur Yon (approximately 59 km)
- Nearest airport: Nantes (approximately 72 km)
Other remarks:
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made to our local partner). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean condition and clean the appliances after use
- Any request to arrive or depart outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged
