Looking for a holiday between sea, nature and tranquility? This charming 40 m² T2, ideally located in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, offers you a relaxing setting just a stone's throw from the beach and the coastal path. Perfect for a stay as a couple or as a family, it can accommodate up to 4 people.

Located on the first and last floor of a small, peaceful residence, this bright apartment has a large south-facing balcony where you can enjoy the sun from breakfast and relax after a day of hiking or swimming.

The living room includes a living room with a trundle bed (two mattresses of 90x190 cm, one of which remains on the floor with duvets of 150x200 cm and pillows of 63x63 cm provided) and a new fitted kitchen, fully equipped for your meals (fridge with freezer box, hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine). The separate bedroom, quiet and cozy, offers a double bed (140x190 cm) with duvet of 240x220 and pillows of 63x63 cm provided. A bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine completes this comfortable apartment.

For parents of babies, a travel cot and a high chair are available.

You can park your vehicle in a private space located in the parking lot of the residence and you will have at your disposal a room to store your bikes during your stay.

You will be 600 metres from the beach of La Fresnaye and the famous GR34 hiking trail, ideal for nature lovers and lovers of function. The lively centre of Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, with its shops and restaurants, can be reached in about fifteen minutes on foot.

Whether you are looking for relaxation, walks by the sea or Breton discoveries, this accommodations are an ideal pied-à-terre for your holidays!

Appartement tres fonctionnel et rénové. Isolé et calme il fait compter 15mn de marche (en côte) pour les commerces. La photo de la résidence de la mer dans l'annonce laisse penser qu'il s'agit du bâtiment mais non. Un lave vaisselle et matelas récent serait un plus

Nous avons passé un super séjour en Bretagne. La location était très bien, propre et au calme. C'était suffisant pour 3. Et ça le fait aussi pour 4. C'est comme annoncé un peu loin du centre et de la grande plage mais la petite plage à proximité est superbe. Beaucoup de choses à faire et à voir dans cette belle région. On recommande le lieu et les hôtes.

Super appartement

Nous avons passé un bon séjour à la Stuga. L'appartement était très propre à notre arrivée et bien équipé. La tranquillité de la résidence nous a permis de bien nous reposer :)La proximité avec la plage et la GR est top pour aller pique-niquer devant le coucher de soleil sans prendre la voiture.Le centre-ville et les jolis commerces de Saint-Cast sont facilement accessibles à pied.Rien à dire, nous avons bien profité de nos jours de repos et nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
