A private parking space, very practical in the summer season, is located just in front of the entrance which has a flight of 6 steps to access the apartment.
The beach is very close at 200 meters on foot by several paths which are as many beautiful walks. The amenities (market, shops, caterers, restaurants, bar) are also easily accessible on foot, as are the departures for walks on the Leucate plateau.
The fully equipped kitchen adjoins the living-dining room with a balcony that offers a splendid view of the Mediterranean.
The apartment has 2 comfortable bedrooms for 4 people: a very large double bed for the first and a bunk bed for the second.
The whole is air-conditioned but naturally the apartment remains pleasant even in case of intense heat.
For a 5th and 6th traveler, the sofa in the living room will convert into a very comfortable double bed.
