Television, dishwasher, oven, freezer, washing machine, and dryer are provided. Large terrace with garden furniture and 3 deckchairs. Portable barbecue. Wooden shed for bicycle storage. Parking on partially enclosed property.

On the island of Noirmoutier, you can go at low tide to the Gois passage. Fish for clams and cockles. Taste all the seafood, fish and the famous new potato, the "Bonnotte" depending on the season. Several pine and holm oak forests are located in 3 places on the island by the sea. In Barbâtre and La Guérinière, pine forests and the holm oak forest in the north of the island, Plage des Dames, at Bois de la Chaize.
