La Discrète — a charming stone house, ideal for a stay in Fouras, just steps from the beach and the town center.

This semi-detached house, in excellent condition, offers 50 m² of living space spread over two levels. The 20 m² living room is inviting, and the fully equipped kitchen includes an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, traditional and capsule coffee makers, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, as well as all necessary crockery and cutlery. A washing machine and a tumble dryer/clothesline are also available in the basement for added convenience.

The house can accommodate up to 6 people in three bedrooms: two bedrooms each with a double bed (140x190 cm), a shower, and a sink, and a third bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm). There are also two toilets. Heating is individual electric, and hot water is provided by an electric water heater.

Outside, enjoy a courtyard furnished with patio furniture for relaxing moments, as well as a cellar for storage.

Prime location: the town center and shops are approximately 250 m away, the beach 300 m, the bus station 400 m, the golf course 6 km, and the Saint-Laurent-de-la-Prée train station 6 km. The Rochefort thermal baths are a 15-minute drive away. A convenient and comfortable option for exploring Fouras and its surroundings.

TO BE PAID upon arrival: 2 security deposits: €500 for the rental, €100 for cleaning, and the tourist tax.

OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival:

- Linens: sheets €12 per bed per week, set of 2 bath or beach towels €12 per week, set of 2 bath mats €7 per week, kitchen linens (2 tea towels and 2 hand towels) €7 per week.

- Cleaning: €100.

The rental is for a stay that begins on the day of arrival from 2:30 pm and ends on the day of departure by 10:00 am at the latest.
