In a quiet community near downtown, this condo is the perfect base camp from which to explore Summit County. Sway on the swinging sofa on the back deck and admire views of the lush marshland across from your condo. In winter, travel just minutes to world-famous ski resorts. You’ll find hiking and biking trails outside your front door in warmer months. Travel one mile to the Frisco Bay Marina to rent a boat on the scenic Dillon Reservoir.

Located on the ground floor, this sunny single-level condo features a wood-burning fireplace with stone surround, bringing the warm ambience of an upscale chalet to the living area. Curl up on the plush queen sofa bed and stream movies on the 60” TV. The chef in your group will appreciate the modern kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. A large island offers additional preparation space and seats. When it’s time to eat, share hearty meals around the table in the dining area.

The bedrooms have TVs and attached bathrooms. Sip morning coffee on the balcony in the primary bedroom.

Amenities include complimentary WiFi and a washer/dryer. The summer breeze keeps the vacation rental cool in the temperate climate. Like most homes in the area, there is no air-conditioning.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Great place to stay in Frisco

This condo was very easy to get to from I70 and convenient to all the ski resorts in Summit County (Breck, Keystone, Copper, A-Basin). There are grocery stores across the street and Taco Bell is walking distance!

Frisco ski trip

Nice little condo close to copper mountain . Very comfortable lodging and close to grocery stores and restaurants. Main Street is just a few minutes drive for more restaurant options. The base board heaters are a little noisy at night if it’s really cold out but we used some earplugs. Comfy couch and nice tv for watching March madness in the evening.

Perfec place

Amazing stay! The apartment exceeded all our expectations. Everything was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect, check-in was easy, and communication with the host was excellent. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Great Location, Comfortable and Well Equipped

We loved the condo on Meadow Creek! We are avid cyclist and the proximity to the Frisco bike paths is fabulous. It is also close to everything in Frisco, and it is walkable. The condo is really well equipped in the kitchen, bathrooms and for incidentals. Lots of towels, dishes, basic equipment and bedding. We loved the place, and are thinking about booking again for next year. Stayed a month, it was wonderful.

Problem getting in the door

When we arrived the entry code didn't work. Waited one hour on hold to speak to someone to resolve the problem. They remotely issued a new code and we got inside. But one hour on hold is ridiculous.

Almost perfect

The condo was a perfect layout for us and had recently been remodeled. The only issue was the lack of correctly sized bed sheets and not enough kitchen and hand towels.

The unit is in an older building, and despite lighting, lacks natural light, which can feel a little gloomy on cloudy days. Be sure to watch the video on how to open the door which has a tricky lock. And takes a good shove to open.

Very nice

Great place to stay, very clean, nice kitchen and bathrooms. Few minor things, there were not sheets for the sleeper sofa, piece of flooring in the kitchen is coming up and needs repaired, and a whisk in the kitchen would be nice. But overall wonderful place to stay, would recommend.

Fabulous property!

Our family of three had a fantastic time staying in this incredibly well-appointed condo in Frisco. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked, the beds were comfy, and the location was perfect- just a quick walk to Lake Dillon and the Frisco Marina. Our only frustration came at check in. My advice is to keep an eye out for emails from TurnKey Properties prior to your arrival. There is minimal internet access on AT&T around the condo, and all of our entrance instructions were sent via email. This made for a complicated check in process. However, Emily was very responsive and once we got in the condo we had an incredible time. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great condo with wonderful location

The condo was newly remodeled and beautiful. Located near the main roads made it easy to get around. Management made it very easy and they allowed us a complimentary late checkout. This place exceeded my expectations.

There was only one washcloth in the entire unit, the fireplace was not cleaned out, the kitchen hood vent was dirty and there was some hair on floor and headboard. Also the floors were quite cold, there was no heat in either bathroom and the vent did not work at all in one bathroom and the other it just blew down. Appears they may have been heaters at one point but the heating portion was missing. The hot tub was in a room in a building across the way - not in the condo where we were staying.

Nicely renovated condo

As a family of 4, the condo fit our needs perfectly! Its nicely renovated, and very comfortable. The beds are great(very important to me), everything worked well, and the entire accommodation is upkept well. The place is very quiet, no worrying about partiers or people running down hallways like in hotels. It even has a garage to park a car and store ski equipment, which is a big plus in the winter! While the location is not in center of town, there are grocery stores, ski rental places, and restaurants very close. Also super easy access to expressways, and close to the summit ski resorts. No issues at all. The décor and comfort of the condo is such that a person would live in it permanently. Owner super easy to work with, and responds fast. Loved the stay.

Exceeded Expectations! Great Location, Clean, Comfortable, Welcoming

This property was fantastic. Loved the location to visit multiple mountain towns. The place was clean and welcoming. It included a variety of items which made our stay more comfortable (i.e. convenient parking, updated appliances, updated bathrooms, wood burning fireplace, private back porch, spacious rooms). The property manager was respectful and responsive. Safe to say our visit to the mountains was made more enjoyable because of this place.
