The large garden will delight young and old where everyone will find his activity in the heart of essences and Mediterranean scents. The 12 x 5m (1.5 to 1.6 m deep) heated pool offers you water at 25 degrees minimum, even after a mistral period and until the 2nd of November. It is secured by an electric tarpaulin to standards.
Want to sunbathe? The pool terrace is perfect.
Want to share grills? Enjoy the shaded terrace on the ground floor.
Want to share an aperitif with your loved ones? Enjoy the 1st floor terrace which offers the most beautiful view of the house on the Bay of Angels and the green island.

The interior is not left behind with spaces spread over two levels.
The ground floor is a friendly place to live with its living room bathed in sun thanks to large windows overlooking the terrace and pool. In the same volume, it is overlooked by the dining area linked to the open and fully equipped kitchen.
A separate toilet and laundry room are on this level.

From the magnificent entrance hall runs a beautiful staircase to the floor dedicated to sleeping.
With 5 rooms for 8 people, you have the choice of configurations.

First, facing the staircase is the air-conditioned master suite with its large dressing room and private bathroom (shower and bath). The room offers an exceptional view and brightness with its triple exposure. The bed measures 160 x 200 cm.
The second air-conditioned room is equipped with a double bed of 140 x 190 cm and a desk.
The third bedroom, also air-conditioned, is equipped with 2 single beds of 90 x 200 cm which can be joined on request with a mattress topper for your comfort.
These three rooms give access directly on the terrace of the 1st floor with sea view.
The fourth bedroom is equipped with a configurable trundle bed either a single bed of 80 x 200 cm or a double bed of 160 x 200.

The last room offers a bunk bed and a desk.
A large bathroom with bath and shower is available on this level as well as a second separate toilet.
For the most courageous, an office is at your disposal to work in peace.

The house, of old construction, naturally offers a moderate temperature with its thick walls. That is why only the 3 south facing bedrooms upstairs are air-conditioned. For the other rooms, fans are available.

Let yourself be carried away by the sweetness of the place, recharge your batteries in this soothing setting where the seaside, the scents of the Provençal vegetation will leave you the delicate imprint of those peaceful moments spent at the villa «Pandora».

A baby chair and/ or a cot can be made available on request.

Point of attention: this house is only for a clientele seeking calm and serenity. This is a neighbourhood where noisy behaviour is not accepted.

The house is dedicated to the rental as a whole.
Owners have simply privatized the closed garage to store their personal belongings

You will have a single contact available to welcome you, check in and check out.
This person will introduce you to the property as a whole, how it works and will be available during your stay if you have any questions about the accommodation.
She will give you and comment on our tour guide who advises you on typical days to discover the region.

Other remarks
Several secure parking spaces are available in the property.
The house is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, a second fridge in the laundry.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed in the house.
The house cannot be rented for parties or events.
Check-in time: 4pm -7pm, check-out time: 9am - 11am. During the summer, the agency will define the time of availability of the property and departure in these slots according to the schedule of maintenance and reception teams.

The neighbourhood and surroundings
The house is located in the district of Peymian, with green landscape and quiet atmosphere. It is a neighborhood consisting mainly of villa with garden.
You can easily enjoy La Ciotat and its unique environment with its spectacular coastline, its bay nicknamed «THE GULF OF LOVE» but also its hinterland: Calanques park, Figuerolles Calanque, park and Calanque du Mugel, the green island, beaches, circuit du Castellet, ...
The old town of La Ciotat which runs quietly along small streets full of charm, and free from traffic, the center being pedestrian. You pass houses whose construction stretches from the fifteenth to the nineteenth century. The tangle of streets and alleys leads to many squares, such as Place Sadi Carnot and its refreshing fountain where you can stop for a drink.

Take advantage of the new quays in the old port, which have been completely renovated in 2019. The markets, the terraces are all invitations to enjoy the rhythm of products, dishes and the Mediterranean climate.
On or under water, on land or in the air, the choice of activities is wide: diving, sailing, kayaking, hiking or simply relaxing to enjoy the omnipresent sun.
You can also take back your vehicle and launch yourself at your leisure to discover the AOC vineyards of Cassis or Bandol, visit the Calanques by boat, opt for a golf course, practice hiking in the Castellet mountains or in the Calanques reserve, ...
