Welcome to Villa Grenouillère, a large family home set high above Cagnes-sur-Mer, with views over the sea, the castle and the surrounding hills. With 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, it sleeps up to 12 guests. To relax, you'll find a private pool, sauna, spa bath and home gym. A spacious, welcoming place to get together with family or friends, just 15 minutes from Nice and the airport.



The Space:

Villa Grenouillère is a spacious, welcoming home, well suited to large groups. Every room is air-conditioned. The living areas are bright and leave plenty of room to get together: a large dining table, a living room with TV, and a table football for downtime.



The kitchen lets you cook for the whole group. It has a hob, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster, along with all the crockery and utensils you need.



The six bedrooms are spread over two floors. Five have a double bed and the sixth has a two-person sofa bed. Four bedrooms have their own bathroom, one of them with a spa bath, and there is a separate toilet upstairs. A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is available.



Outside, the 10 x 5 m private pool is surrounded by a garden, with outdoor seating and an electric plancha grill for meals outdoors. You also have a sauna and a home gym with cardio equipment. From the villa, the view opens onto the sea, the castle and the hills.



Guest Access:

You have access to the whole villa and all its facilities: pool, garden, sauna and gym.

Check-in is self-service via a key box.

Private parking for up to 5 cars is available on the property.



The Neighborhood:

The villa is in Les Collettes, a residential area in the hills of Cagnes-sur-Mer. The Renoir Museum, set in the painter's former home and olive grove, is on the same road. Local shops are about a 5-minute walk away.



The medieval village of Haut-de-Cagnes and its Grimaldi castle, which you can see from the villa, are just a few minutes away. Its steep lanes lead to small squares, art galleries and viewpoints over the sea.



Down the hill, the Cagnes-sur-Mer seafront and its pebble beaches are easy to reach, as are the racecourse and the small fishing port of Cros-de-Cagnes.

Please note: the villa is in the hills, in a residential area. You will need a car or a taxi to get around.



Other Things to Note:

To finalise your booking, our agency will send you a secure registration form, a standard step required by French regulations for all short-term rentals. You will be asked to provide proof of identity at this stage, in line with current legal requirements.

The villa is prepared and maintained by our professional team: full cleaning, bed linen and towels are provided for each stay. Additional services are available on request after confirmation, for a fee (early check-in and late check-out available on request).

The villa is non-smoking, and pets and parties are not allowed.

The pool depth ranges from 1.80 m to 2 m.
