Inside, a serene sunroom with a wall of windows invites you to enjoy sweeping bay views. Other highlights include classic Cape Cod accents, a modern kitchen, and plush furnishings throughout.

The main living area features comfortable seating for all to enjoy. Kick back and watch favorite shows on the TV. Large windows in the sunroom provide plenty of natural light; settle in on the loveseat and take in the gorgeous views. Play board games at the table for four or write postcards at the desk. The reading room includes additional seating and big bay windows.

Prepare authentic New England meals in the kitchen, appointed with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Serve tasty dishes at the kitchen bar or opt to dine outside.

This three-story home sleeps eight guests in five bedrooms. Sleep soundly on a king-size bed in the main bedroom. The adjacent bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom holds a twin-size bed, while the third bedroom has a queen-size bed. A fourth bedroom is furnished with two twin-size beds. The fifth bedroom boasts two full-size beds, and a TV. The guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. A half bath provides added convenience.

Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer. Beach chairs are provided in the rental.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The seasonal pool is available for use from the end of May to early September, with complimentary heating provided.
This rental does not have air-conditioning.
The fireplaces in the home are not operational.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
