Welcome to 'Little Fish!'

Our 2BR/2BA beach house comes with one King-sized bed and two twin beds in the second bedroom. I have every kitchen amenity to keep the most discerning chef happy. There's a Keurig Duo (pods and auto-drip combo) stove-top Bialetti espresso maker, French press, Belgian waffle maker, blender, teapot... Tiled floors throughout this open floorplan with luxury vinyl tile in the nice-sized bedrooms and generous closet space with 2 bathrobes in each closet make this a vacation home you can be comfortable in yet feel like you're being pampered at the same time. I provide high-end linens, quality pots & pans, cooking spices, lovely décor, and your own heated, fully screened inground pool. There are 4 bicycles, 2 stand-up paddleboards, 2 kayaks, and a couple of fishing poles for you to use as well. I've
negotiated a BOAT RENTAL discount just for our guests at Windsong Boat Rentals, at the end of the street. Discount varies by season and day of the week, so give them a call with your dates for a quote. You won't be without some warm-weather activity option while vacationing at my place. There's a gas grill on the side of the house plus a full spare tank of propane in the shed. And if the weather doesn't cooperate, We have provided complimentary cable, plus an eclectic selection of DVDs, books, and games!

Our home is situated on a beautiful deep-water canal that leads you right out to the Gulf of Mexico. There are ample opportunities for all kinds of fishing, snorkeling, and general exploration. Whether you're just toodling around the canals or heading out for a fun day to Durney Key, the sandbar or Anclote Island, your discounted rental Pontoon from Windsong Boat Rentals will get you there.

So, why choose Little Fish??

PRIVATE IN-GROUND, HEATED POOL for those days you don't want to be out in the sea. Heated to 85 degrees, and no, I don't charge extra for that. The pool heater and pump are on a timer as most pools are at residential rentals, the pool may cool down a few degrees during the night but will reheat very quickly in the morning and come back up to comfortable temp.

Booking during a holiday period will require a minimum of a one week stay.

Booking during months of January, February, March and April require a minimum of 7 nights stay, Saturday to Saturday.

Security Cameras are installed at the front door and at the back door/pool area. This is for protection from theft and emergencies.
This is a non smoking premises, For all of you that don't smoke this house is clean and fresh smelling. if you plan on smoking it can not be on the property. Failure to follow the rules will result in a loss of your deposit.

Lovely house on a canal!

The house was very clean & well stocked with extras. The views of the canal & boats were fantastic! The host gave us a lot of great ideas of restaurants in the area & things to do. Would definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Little Fish and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a convenient and enjoyable location. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The blue book was really helpful with restaurants and things to do.

Great location, considerate host

The location was away from the bustle of Clearwater, yet close enough to drive there. The house was beautifully decorated, had all the amenities of home, and had a gorgeous pool and site right on the canal. The host was so gracious, providing lots of extra touches. We loved our stay there.

Family vacation

This location was perfect ! It was close to everything you need. The house had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The host answer every question we had and had so many instructions for lots of things to do and eat. I highly recommend this place for a small family.

Great Stay at Little Fish

We were thrilled when we walked in and saw the view! Everything was so perfect, so well done, and comfortable. We saw many beautiful birds, sunsets every night from the patio, even saw dolphins in the waterway. The host was fantastic! We will be going back!

Home Away From Home

We had a wonderful week at Little Fish! Everything was as it said in the description on VRBO. Loved being by the canal, dock area for fishing and kayaking, pool was a bonus. We rented a pontoon for a day from down the road, which was a lot of fun! The house was perfect for the 4 of us, had everything we needed. Jeff is a great host and looked after his renters well. Great place very clean and welcoming!

My girlfriend and I wanted a cute place on the water, I expected it to feel on the small side but it's very open and we were impressed with layout and accommodations. Jeff the owner was very friendly and informative. He gave great suggestions for food, activities as well as fishing and kayaking. Very clean and welcoming, great communication. 5 star host!

Absolutely Perfect

I've stayed at Little Fish before and I came back because the location is close to my family in Florida and I know how awesome this house is! The neighborhood is super quiet and safe. Jeff has everything you need in the house and is very welcoming with a notebook listing restaurants and activities in the area. The house has tons of towels, blankets, and so many amenities. The pool is beautiful and kept at a warm temperature that enables swimming no matter the weather. Overall, Little Fish is a wonderful place to stay and Jeff is a great host!! I hope I can stay again!

Little Fish Big on promises

Great little property in a fantastic location. House is well appointed with all the things you need for a very relaxing vacation. Nice boat dock with paddle boards and kayaks. The pool was so refreshing. The only thing to consider is if you are a group of adults the twin beds are not the most ideal, especially for a larger adult male. The pictures in listing show bunk bed with a full on bottom which would have been better. We did confirm with host prior to booking about the beds but was a small issue that didn’t offset the rest of the property. Will look to stay there again in the future

Would Never Stay Anywhere Else

I love, love, love the little fish! Not a detail missed. When I arrived I was surprised to find a fun gift bag with lots of wonderful goodies in it. The house is decorated tastefully and so clean. I was so comfortable and loved sitting by the pool drinking my morning coffee, which by the way I received in my welcome bag. Carolyn was gracious and easy to deal with. I took full advantage of the using the bikes to cruise around the community and to the public beach. The paddleboards were awesome and I even saw stingrays, glad I didn't fall in. Scout (the boat) was easy to use, he had a full tank of gas waiting for me. He took me out to the island and I had a fun day in the sun and sand. I don't fish but could have easily spent the day fishing on the boat. I hope to get back soon for another enjoyable, fun and relaxing vacation at the little fish! I can't wait to see what will be in my welcome bag next time.

Exceptional Property and Owner Experience

Our stay at Little Fish couldn't have been better. The description and photos, although accurate, didn't do this property justice. We never tired of the view out the back of the house. The house was clean, comfortable and very well supplied. All of the essentials were in place and a trip to a nearby grocery store was all that was needed to seal the deal. Jeff, the property owner, was very available, helpful and willing to do whatever he could to make our stay enjoyable. We loved watching the dolphins swim by in the channel while having our morning coffee on the covered patio just steps away from the heated pool. We paddled around the labyrinth of channels in the kayaks and made our way all the way to the Gulf. We even tried our hand at the Stand Up Paddleboards. Jeff provided a very thorough list of restaurants, attractions and activities along with some interesting history of the area. Nearby parks offered Gulf-side trails and scenery galore, and New Port Richie and Tarpon Springs were just minutes away, but we didn't venture out much since the house was so comfortable. We can't thank Jeff enough for sharing his wonderful property and giving us such a wonderful week away.

Little Fish Cottage

We had a great time at Little Fish. The cottage was perfect - clean, comfortable, with great views of the water. We used the kayaks and saw dolphins. Jeff was great at responding to our questions. We would definitely stay again.
