The apartment is located opposite the Town Hall at Mestni trg in the famous Souvan House, the square's highest building with a 17th century Empire-style facade decorated with Francesco Coconi's reliefs representing art, trade and agriculture. It is an ideal starting point for exploring and experiencing Ljubljana.
The airconditioned one-bedroom apartment is located on the third floor and is accessible by elevator. The apartment layout faces inside the building that is why the apartment is a quiet corner in the middle of a city hustle. The rooms are connected with a long, glazed hallway overlooking the inner courtyard. Smaller bathroom has shower, toilet and sink. In the central living room with a dining area for four people there is also a comfortable sofa which can serve also as an additional bed for 1 person (130 x 190 cm), an LCD TV and a large antique desk. A small but modern kitchen, to which we enter from the central area, is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove with a glass ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, dishwasher and utensils. In the bedroom there is a king size bed (180 x 200 cm). The apartment is provided with towels, linen, iron with ironing board, hair dryer, CATV and Wi-Fi internet access.

Arrival takes place from 14:00 to 21:00 and departure up to 10:00. Guests are welcomed in person. For late arrival from 21:00 to 24:00 there is an additional fee of 30,00 EUR or self-check-in option free of charge. For arrival after 24:00 only self-check-in option is available.

The cost of a tourist tax is not included in the price - guests are requested to settle it upon check-in. It is 3,13 EUR/day/adult and 1,57 EUR/day/child (7-18 years).

We offer private airport transfer to/from Ljubljana airport and airports in neighboring countries, guided tours, a car with a driver or just tips for individual trips around Slovenia.

This apartment was absolutely perfect!! It was in a great location (right in the heart of the Old Town and easy walking distance to attractions). The AC worked great (which is important in the summers). It was convenient to have the kitchen to make light meals. It was in a very quiet building with an elevator and secure exit doors. We had an excellent stay in Ljubljana!!

Excellent stay in city center

We enjoyed a wonderful stay in Ljubljana at this apartment. Everything we needed was provided and it was very clean. Tina was a responsive and professional hostess. Highly recommend location as quiet, secure, convenient, and comfortable. A good value as well.

Great location in the old city

Check in to the property was very efficient. Photographs of the property matched everything that was inside. Excellent location, convenient to all of the major historical sites and great restaurants. Once we figured out how to use the pour over coffee maker, All of the amenities Matt our needs

Great place to stay for Ljubljana visit!

I stayed here for a week to visit the city and had a wonderful time. The host was very welcoming and responded quickly to all queries. Check-in was very fast and covered all the apartment amenities and elevator use. This is a great location one block off the river close to the Old Town center and a short walk to the castle funicular. The apartment is located in the pedestrian zone and there are multiple public transit options with a few minutes walk. Because it’s in the pedestrian zone, you will still have to walk a few minutes if taking a taxi to/from from another location or meeting for a tour group pick-up. The bus line from the main train station takes about 15 minutes. You can use the Urbana app to pay for public transit and validate on the the bus through the smartphone app or purchase a ticket at a kiosk. There is a DM pharmacy and small market grocery stores Mercator conveniently located around the block and Spar over the plaza across the river bridge. Quick tip—these and other stores close on Sunday, so plan accordingly if that is your arrival day. There are lots of options for cafes, restaurants, and shopping. The property description accurately describes the apartment and all the amenities. It is a quiet and safe location—very spacious for a couple or solo traveler. Highly recommend it to others looking to enjoy a great stay in Ljubljana!

Comodissimo in centro storico

Sono stata in questo appartamento con due amiche per trascorrere tre notti a Lubiana. L’appartamento è accogliente e completamente rinnovato, dotato di lavatrice e lavastoviglie, con tutto ciò che può essere utile in una cucina. La comodità principale è stata per noi trovarci in pieno centro storico, a due passi dal meraviglioso mercato ed alla funicolare per il castello. Ovviamente ciò ha comportato il dover parcheggiare l’auto poco lontano e portare i bagagli a mano fini all’alloggio ma per noi non è stato un problema. Grazie Miro!
