The apartment is located inside the residential complex of one of the city’s most recognizable landmarks, the Skyscraper itself. It is only a 3 minute walk to the main square and is an ideal starting point for exploring and experiencing Ljubljana.
The apartment with a shared terrace is located on the second floor of a traditional building from 1933, without an elevator. The central space in the apartment is a spacious living room with a dining area and air conditioning. This room has a large massive dining table and a comfortable sofa that extends into an extra bed for 2 people (180 x 200 cm), a large LCD TV. From the living room we enter the bedroom with a spacious wardrobe and a double bed (180 x 200 cm), from which we continue to the second bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), a washing machine and a spacious wardrobe.

From the hallway we enter a small bathroom with shower, sink and toilet and a fully equipped kitchen, with a large refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, small appliances, dishes and utensils. Bed linen, towels, free internet access, iron with ironing board, hair dryer are provided.

Only payable public parking slots are available on the street around the apartment building. Approx. 500 m way there is public parking house Kozolec at address Dvorakova ulica 3.

This property features self-check-in only via key lock box. Arrival takes place from 14:00 and departure up to 10:00.

The cost of a tourist tax is not included in the price - guests are requested to settle it upon check-in. It is 3,13 EUR/day/adult and 1,57 EUR/day/child (7-18 years).
