Perfectly equipped, this house can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.



Upon your arrival, you will discover a large living area with a dining area featuring a large table, which is ideal for sharing meals with family or friends, and offering a pleasant view of the garden behind it. The living room is furnished with comfortable sofas and armchairs, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. A television will also allow you to enjoy a moment of calm watching a film or following a sporting event. Next to it, the fully equipped open kitchen will enable you to prepare delicious little dishes. You will find everything you need there: electric hobs, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and a Tassimo, toaster, kettle, citrus press and all the utensils you will need.



Cross the glass doors and discover a large conservatory, equipped with garden furniture and a large table with a view of the garden. At night, the house has 4 spacious bedrooms. The first bedroom, located in an annex, is ideal for those who prefer to be a bit apart and has a double bed (140x190) and its own shower room with WC. In the house, you will find three other bedrooms upstairs. A master bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x190). A second with two single beds (90x190) and a last one with bunk beds (80x190) and its adjoining bathroom, offering plenty of space for the whole family or friends. A bathroom with a bathtub and hairdryer completes the floor for you to relax after a day of activities at the beach.



For added convenience, the house has an independent toilet on the ground floor, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron, pétanque boules, a baby bed, as well as a private parking space. You can also access tennis courts located 150m away free of charge.
