The property is well-equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator/freezer, oven, and microwave. Sleeping arrangements: 3 double beds (140 cm). The town center is 200 m away, and the main beach, South Beach, and North Beach are 500 m away. The bus station is 800 m away, and the Saint-Laurent-de-la-Prée train station is 6.3 km away. The Rochefort thermal baths are a 15-minute drive.

To be paid upon arrival: two security deposits: €500 for the rental and €100 for cleaning, plus the tourist tax. =
OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival:

- Linens: bed linens €12 per bed per week, set of 2 bath or beach towels €12 per week, set of 2 bath mats €7 per week, kitchen linens (2 tea towels and 2 hand towels) €7 per week.

The rental is for a stay that begins on the day of arrival from 2:30 pm and ends on the day of departure by 10:00 am at the latest.
