First floor: kitchen equipped with a 4-burner ceramic hob and 1 electric oven. Tassimo coffee maker, kettle, hand blender, electric mixer, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with freezer.

FLOOR: 3 bedrooms: 1 with a bed 160x200, a second with 2 beds 90x190 and a 3rd small bedroom with 1 bed 90x190.

An inventory of fixtures will be carried out on arrival and departure.

Prices include a daily kilowatt-hour package included in the price. Beyond that, the supplement will be charged at the rate in force (0.02363€/Kwh on 01/04/2025 which can be revised at any time) from the actual consumption. A meter reading will be taken by the owner in the presence of the tenant on arrival and departure.
