We welcome you to the heart of the regional natural park for a peaceful stay in the privileged setting of the Landes forest. Here, you'll appreciate the serenity of the setting, ideal for rest and relaxation, the vast private wooded grounds with century-old oak trees, and the bountiful natural surroundings. 7 km away, the Marquèze Ecomuseum allows you to discover the art of living and local history. The Arjuzanx leisure center, 20 km away, offers a supervised swimming area in the summer in the heart of an exceptional natural setting. Not to mention that the Landes beaches are also easily accessible. The Gîte RIBAN is an authentic traditional half-timbered house, where wood blends with modern amenities, offering a high level of comfort suitable for your family vacation or business trip. Set in a 2000m² park, you have access to an outdoor table with chairs, a parasol, sun loungers, and a plancha grill. For your entertainment, a ping-pong table, a net, and badminton rackets are also available. This single-story cottage comprises: - a living room with a lounge (TV, Wi-Fi, wood-burning stove), a dining room, and an open-plan kitchen (gas stove, extractor hood, electric oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave) - 3 bedrooms: 1 queen-size bed, 1 double bed, 2 single beds - a bathroom accessible to people with reduced mobility with a walk-in shower and toilet - a pantry with a washing machine For your comfort, bed linens, towels, and household linens are included. Beds are made upon arrival. Baby equipment is available: a travel cot, high chair, stroller, and children's tableware. A beautiful historic Landes house in the heart of a preserved environment for a peaceful stay all year round
