Welcome to our cabin! Peaceful and forestry area perfect for ATV fans. Hundreds trails around. Leave right from the cabin to get to the trail within half mile.

We are located in Danbury, Wisconsin, 1.5 hours from Twin Cities, right on a border of Minnesota and Wisconsin. 22 min away from St. Croix State Park. 1 hour from Duluth.
We are 10 minutes away from casino, restaurants, food store, UTV and pardun rentals.

This beautiful year-round cabin has two main floor bedrooms, loft area with 3 beds and 1 bathroom. The home has a spacious open floor plan with cozy living room and dining area with extendable table.
There is a gas heating wall sleeve furnace for chilly nights. It's working ONLY as a heater, not AC. We don't have central AC. Only window units on a loft and living area. We have portable fans in each bedroom and living room.

The sandy beach is great for swimming or fishing for panfish, largemouth bass. We have a fishing boat, canoe, 2 stand up paddle boards and kayaks..

We are dog friendly!
A one time $35 dog fee is required for the entire stay. Well behaved dogs only. ONE dog limit allowed. Guests will be financially responsible for any damages caused by their dog.

NO DOGS ALLOWED IN A BEDROOMS, LOFT AND FURNITURE.
DON'T USE OUR TOWELS AND BLANKETS FOR YOUR DOGS.
PICK UP DOGS POOP FROM YARD
NO SMOKING OR VAPING
NO OUTSIDE GUESTS, ONLY CONFIRMED.
No RVs

Enjoy relaxing on the deck, swimming in the lake, boating, fishing and chilling inside the cabin.
BRING YOUR FIREWOOD to have evening bonfire. It is the renter’s responsibility to check WI DNRs website for fire danger and burning restrictions prior to using the outdoor fire pit.

If you want to bring four-wheeler/snow mobile please check Burnettcounty.com for ATV maps and rules. For boating and fishing information please visit DNR Wisconsin website.
The private lake is only 40 acres. No motorized boats allowed. We are on a Stone Lake in Burnett county.

WI-FI and smart TV are available.

We have free washer & dryer in a cabin.

The property was clean and was better than advertised. A/C window units cover the whole house now. Beds were ultra comfortable. Fishing and kayaking were great. The pnly drawback was low water pressure, but that was manageable. Great, relaxing vacation. Highly recommend.

Long weekend with family!

We loved staying at this cabin. It was very clean and had such a great ambiance. My family loved playing games in the big yard and fishing and kayaking on the lake was a lot of fun.

Cabin, dock, sandy beach area(small but felt private) good fishing all awesome and enjoyed by all 10 of us. Great family vacation!

A Cozy Getaway

Beautiful area and lake. We enjoyed playing games and taking walks on the frozen lake! The wood burning stove made the cabin so cozy. Super comfortable stay!

Stone Lake cabin

Came to Wisconsin for an ATV trip. Loved our stay at the cabin, had a bonfire at night, beautiful scenery, very nice cabin. We loved it.

This was our first family trip with our grandson. We had such a fun time playing on the lake and just being outdoor. My boys and DIL used the canoe and kayak all weekend long and had a great time fishing. We were able to have a bonfire even with a little rain this weekend. Valentina was so helpful and prompt with all my questions and even allow a late checkout for us! We will definitely come back!

Beautiful cabin right on the lake and really close to the trails. It had something to offer everyone

The property was well groomed, tucked away in the woods. Stayed really cool in August on some really hot days. The interior layout was perfect for our group size. Being right on the lake and close to the trails was ideal for our group.

Great Fall Getaway

We had a fabulous time - 5 adults and 3 kids. There was plenty to keep the kids busy down by the water. Water was very clear. Cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Great moms getaway

This cabin was perfect for our moms getaway weekend! No Wi-Fi, only 2 of us had cell service. Quiet lake, lots of yard space for games. The beds were comfortable and it was just perfect!

Above and beyond my expectations

This is the cleanest property I have had the pleasure to stay in (and I've stayed in properties all around the country). In this visit my wife, disabled dog, and I were looking for a close to home get away. It was exceptionally clean, quiet and so comfortable. Look forward to booking this property again it truly is a home away from home and we enjoyed it's great location and the considerate hosts.

Beautiful lake with lots of water activities

We had a terrific stay. We have kids 7, 9, & 11 and they loved having a kayak, canoe, and paddle board to explore the lake with. My wife and I enjoyed using the rowboat to find good fishing spots around the lake. There were plenty of card games and board games for family game time each evening. The cabin had a rustic feel and was perfect for a relaxing week of vacation.

Cabin getaway

Perfect fall getaway for the wife and I (plus 2 dogs) cabin was clean and had all the amenities needed. We didn’t venture much from the property, just a good relaxing stay with beautiful sunsets off the lake. Very quiet and peaceful just what we needed. We plan a return visit No WiFi, but we had full signal with Verizon.. which we ignited as much as we could! :)

Birthday Cabin Trip

Everything about this property was great. Clean, quiet, relaxing. Went up with husband and two little girls for my birthday, and this cabin was perfect. We love the Danbury area, and this place takes the cake. No WiFi but that’s ok, good excuse to unplug. Communication was great. We would definitely stay again.

Girl’s Weekend

This is our 2nd stay for our annual girls summer weekend. It is the perfect cabin that fit 8 of us comfortably! The lake is quiet and very clean by the dock area. pretty close to town if you need anything. Paddle board and row boat are nice extras. The patio is nice and big and there is also a nice area for a camp fire! I would highly recommend for a family or friend cabin getaway! We were even able to check in early and received prompt responses from the owners.

A lovely place in the woods

What a treat! The kids (ages 10,8 and 4) loved swimming, fishing off the dock and all the water toys. They had a go kayaking, canoeing and rowing. My in-laws loved how peaceful it was and all the wildlife. (They were over visiting from the UK and had their first 'Up North' experience. We were really pleased it was such a good one and my father in-law caught some fish too!) Thank you so much for sharing your place with us.

Wonderful wildlife in Wisconsin

Our family (6 adults + 3 dogs) had a great time at this lovely Stone Lake retreat. The weather was unseasonably hot, but the cottage is well shaded and it stayed cool and pleasant. The cottage was clean, beds were comfortable, we had everything we needed for cooking, we enjoyed the use of the watercraft, and we saw lots of wildlife in this remote spot - loons, swans, eagles, turtles and deer. Everyone enjoyed the outdoors and the time together. A few tips: 1) The ticks were plentiful this time of year (June), even though our hosts had sprayed, and our dogs seemed to pick up a lot of them. We recommend treating your pets ahead of time and checking them regularly while there. 2) Our cell service (T-Mobile) had poor coverage at Stone Lake. The end of the dock seemed to offer the strongest signal. We intended to unplug while we were away, so we really didn't mind. One member of our group had a different service and had no trouble getting a signal.

Fun cabin only a short distance from the Twin Cities

We had a fun time at this cabin, swimming and playing with toys in the loft were hits for the kids. Parents enjoyed the views front he large windows and the deck. Thanks for a fun time!

WWW*Mother/Daughter weekend.

*our Wild Wacky Women ‘s Weekend was enjoyed by all. The Cozy Cabin is well named. We kept telling each other it was good to be “Unplugged”. So many little personal touches were were made. The cabin was clean and even though the hosts allowed pets, there was no evidence of past furry friends. The view of the lake and the beautiful fireplace were joyed by all. Thank you!
