Dual cabin: 2 acres, fireplace, firepit, creek: 4 bdrm

This unique property offers an ideal stay for two families or a large group. This creek lined property features TWO KITCHENS, 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, wood burning fireplace, large front porch, plenty of parking, large yard and privacy. No steep or gravel roads to get to this cabin. There is no staircase inside of the cabin to go between floors; stairs are on the outside of the cabin.

The cabin is located in Cosby, TN which is outside of Gatlinburg, on 2 private acres. From the cabin property, you can see the neighbor's driveway, but not see any other cabins. On either side of the cabin is a yard with plenty of grass to play outside.

Pigeon Forge is approximately 45 minutes away from the cabin.

Pets are allowed for a $150 fee. Pets must be crated when unattended and not allowed on the beds. Please pick up after your pet outside. If pets are not disclosed prior to arrival, security deposit will be forfeited.

Great getaway!

We rented the top and the bottom portion of the cabinet together and it was perfect. The cabin was very nice and enjoyable. It was a great location for us to pick different hikes in the smoky mountains each day. I would definitely stay here again!.

The bottom cabin had two bedrooms. The bunk beds against the wall were regular size beds, but too close together for my comfort. When I laid down the top bunk was nearly on top of me, I could not sleep in it. I would suggest removing the top bunk. NO dishwasher downstairs. Forget the creek. It was overgrown and the woods had taken it over.

What a lovely cabin. The firepit at night watching lightening bugs will be one of our best moments with the grandsons. Most everything needed were already at the cabin fir our extended stay but the stores that were close made it easy to run down and grab anything. Our chocolate lab loved running around and exploring by the creek. Our daughter and her family stayed on the bottom floor while we stayed on the top so there was plenty of room for a group of 7 plus our fur baby. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this for comfort, quiet and fun. With all the things we went in town to do, my favorite was coming back to the cabin, starting a fire, then later inside for family games.

Great, but far

The place was amazing. A bunch of space for my entire family, clean and tidy. It was basically two houses in one with the upstairs and downstairs completely separate. It was overall an amazing experience. One minus though is that we rented this cabin to visit Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Sadly, this cabin was located about 45 minutes away from the city and nothing on VRBO seemed to point that out. There's a local Walmart and a few restaurants 5 minutes away so if you need anything you can go there and get it.The entry to the driveway can be hard to see in the dark, so be sure to plan accordingly so you get back while there's still light. Overall it was a great experience, but I wish I knew these things going in.

Cozy and convenient

For the most part the house was clean. There were a good amount of ants on the first floor but that’s to be expected. We bought some ant traps which helped. Otherwise, the dual cabins were very convenient for both families.

Cozy Cabin

The property was exactly as advertised. The cabin is split into two dwellings which turned out well for our party. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, as were the bathrooms. We utilized the kitchen & washer/dryer, as well. The cabin was stocked with all the basic amenities & then some. We took advantage of the games like cards, Scrabble and checkers along with the different books for all ages. It was about 30 minutes from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We had a wonderful stay. A definite recommend!

We have been visiting East Tennessee for many years and decided we wanted to own a piece of it. We started with one property and have grown to four. All of our properties have something unique about them, whether it be a great view or it is a tiny house cabin. We hope our love of Cosby, TN shows in the properties we own and choose to share with our guests. We want each guest to fall in love with the area just like we have!

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

This property is ideal for families or a group who want to travel together, but may want a little extra space to spread out! There are two separate floors, each containing 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen and living area. The property is lined with a creek that has many wonderful creatures for kids to explore all summer long. There is a large yard to play, which includes a fire pit for relaxing.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Travel with friends or family but have some privacy of your own. Each cook big meals in the separate kitchens and then eat together at the large dining table. Even on vacation, we all need some alone time.
