Welcome to FLIP FLOP LODGE, our Brand New 3 Bedroom w/ loft Osprey Pool cabin just 1.5 miles from Pigeon Forge parkway and 5miles from Dollywood. Play all day in the parks and attractions and then return to your quiet retreat to relax and recharge. Swim all year in your private heated indoor pool or enjoy our 7 seater Hot tub with a view on the porch. Our Amenities include flat dedicated parking for 3 cars plus, fully equipped kitchen, private barbecue grill, 2 arcades/air hockey and sleeps 10.

★ KITCHEN:
Fully stocked kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, pots, pans, cups, plates, utensils, Keurig coffee maker.
(Food items are not provided due to international Covid travel guideline. We recommend guest to stock up supplies before arrival)

★ LAUNDRY:
Washer and dryer, ironing board and iron

★ AMENITIES:
Our cleaning service provides start-up supplies including: paper towels, dish soap, dish washer soap, kitchen trash can liners, toilet paper, hand soap and bathroom trash liners. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out.

★ TRASH:
Please place all trash in trash bags and place in the bear proof trash container in front of cabin. We do not have regularly scheduled trash pick ups.

★ HOT TUB AND POOL:
Private Hot Tub for 7 people
Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!
We have an indoor heated pool, the temperature is preset to a lukewarm temperature (about 84 degrees). The pool is 4 feet deep, absolutely no diving.

★ GAMES:
PacMan, NBA Jams Arcade and Air hockey table on Loft upstairs

★ SECURITY:
At the end of a Cul-de-sac
Ring Floodlight Security Camera at the front entrance (please do not touch)
NO Indoor Cameras

★ PETS:
House-trained pets are welcomed; $200 for 1st pet and $100 for the 2nd pet. (max 2 pets, 30lbs max weight limit each). Please note that VRBO only charges for one pet so if you will bring two (2) we will request the additional fee via VRBO payment request center. We ask guests to bring pet cage/enclosure to keep under control.

★ SMOKING:
Absolutely No Smoking indoors

★ FIRES:
Absolutely no fires inside or out. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages

★ CONSTRUCTION:
There is few construction going on near us with noise and muddy road on some occasions.

★ REFUNDS:
We don't offer refund due to weather, natural disaster/during major holiday or circumstances out of our control like wi-fi connectivity issues etc.

★ Dollywood Christmas Schedule and Hours
Dollywood Smoky Mountain Christmas runs from Nov. 6th to Jan 2nd.
For the Christmas season, Dollywood is open every day except Mondays and Tuesdays. During the week of Christmas, Dollywood is open for these days, but they are closed on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day (please check Dollywood's operating schedule).
If you'd like to celebrate New Year's Eve at Dollywood, the park will be open until 9 pm on Dec. 31st. Be sure to check out Dollywood's operating schedule.

Was a nice stay close to town and Dollywood. Certainly lots for kids to do on the stay at home down time and before bed. Will certainly be back! Easy check in check out.

Main floor bed was not comfortable was extremely noisy. My son slept on couch because if they moved it round wake the other one snd the baby. Second floor bed was not comfortable either.Besides the bed it was comfortable.

We had a wonderful time at this home. The hot tub and pool were a highlight. Everything was in working order. My only minor complaint is that the smoke alarm is a little too sensitive when making toast or cooking.

Condo was really clean and exactly as described. My daughter loved the pool and hot tub, as well as the bunk bed in the master bedroom. Location was close to the Pigeon Forge strip which was really convenient. There was a Publix within a few miles for groceries. Would stay here again, thanks!

We picked this house for the pool and the location…it was perfect for our family of 6… the kitchen will have all the good stuff you need…the house is set up perfectly with a game room upstairs and the pool and hot tub down stairs… with the kitchen and living room on the main floor!!! Bedrooms and bathrooms on all floors…The house was super clean… if we had any issues… the hosts were quick to respond. The house is close to everything… with easy access… definitely a good find !!! If you go… just enjoy your stay!!!

Overall the pool and hot tub were fantastic! It was the perfect way to end the day. The location is close to the parkway as well! More info on how to use the TVs with streaming services would have been helpful. We contacted the owner but got little help in using them. It would have been nice to have a general coffee maker (not a Keurig) on site. The air conditioning was not efficient most of the week and at one point the air inside was 2 degrees cooler than outside. Most nights it was hard getting to sleep because of the temperature inside. At 7:14 PM it had reached 79 degrees inside while it was 81 degrees outside. Bring your own washcloths because the ones provided are actually microfiber cleaning cloths (for cleaning the house/car). There is also a wide gap under the front door which is wide enough to let in critters. We were worried about that from the first day and used a rolled towel to block whatever could come in from doing so. The property has seen some wear and tear to it, so it wasn't in tip-top shape (cabinet door hanging by one hinge when we got there, cabinet in bathroom missing a knob, air hockey table is very old and doesn't work as it should, the vinyl flooring is popping up in places). Was it worth the money we spent? Probably not. But simple improvements can be made to make the property worth the amount being asked.

Great property

It was a great location and a lovely setting. Kids enjoyed the game room and pool. Adults loved the hot tub. Nice layout. Please consider updating skillets end changing to metal utensils/ spatulas.

Fabulous place and great location!

The house is perfect! Loved the pool and all the bedrooms. The location can’t be beat!! Added bonus: you could see the fireworks and drone show at Dollywood from the front porch (although it was a long ways away, it was really neat). We will definitely be back!

Pigeon Forge Spring Break April 19-26

The property is just as described, very homely. The area is very quiet , so you sleep peacefully. The appliances are very clean, especially the fridge. The pool and jacuzzi is a plus for the kids. The house alone is a vacation on itself. Another plus it is closer to most of the attractions. Great location overall, highly recommended

For the price and previous reviews we thought it was going to be amazing but it just turned out average. The view isn’t great. The living room is very small and cramped for a group of 6. Barely enough toilet paper and paper towels and not even enough soap for every bathroom. Trash bins were full the entire time so we couldn’t even empty trash properly.

Unclean

There were to many problems with this unit. The biggest was cleaning. I paid 350.00 for cleaning and did not get my moneys worth. Contacted the host and let the know how we felt about how unclean the unit was and the only response was how sorry they were. Will not stay at this unit again.
