The studio is on the 6th floor (with an elevator) of a luxury building and offers absolute peace and quiet overlooking the courtyard.
It consists of a main room with a living room and sleeping area, a separate fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower.
A double bed will comfortably accommodate you, as well as a small sofa suitable for a child.
The brightness is one of the strong points of this studio.
The apartment is air-conditioned.
The nearby tram takes you throughout the city, and the central station is a 5-minute walk away. You can go swimming on the beaches of Nice, less than 10 minutes away by tram.
This is an ideal place to discover this magnificent city on the French Riviera and enjoy its seasonal rental offerings.
