You're only 10 minutes from Mimizan Beach and 5 minutes from Lake Aureilhan. Take a stroll and explore the surrounding area of ??Mimizan and its Landes forest!

Settle into this charming semi-detached house for 8 people.
On the ground floor, it features a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a separate toilet, and a bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm) and a shower room. Upstairs, you'll find a bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm) and two bunk beds (90x190cm), a bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm) and a trundle bed (90x190cm), and a bathroom with a toilet.

You also have access to a wooden terrace where you can enjoy a delicious meal outdoors with family or friends.

A parking space is also available for the accommodation.

BED SHEETS AND BATH TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED IN THE RENTAL.
