Private Heated Pool Home-2 King Suites - 7 Minutes to Beach

Your private pool retreat near Manasota Beach

Spend your mornings by the saltwater pool, your afternoons at the beach, and your evenings dining on the covered patio. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath South Venice home is about a 7-minute drive from Manasota Beach, with restaurants, shops, golf courses, and more Gulf Coast beaches within easy reach.

Two king bedrooms sit on opposite sides of the house, each with its own bathroom. It’s a comfortable layout for two couples or a family who wants room to spread out. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space.

Outside, enjoy the screened pool area, loungers, outdoor dining set, and gas grill. The pool is heated October through April for eight hours a day, with a target temperature of 86°F. Unusually cold weather may affect the temperature it reaches.

The kitchen is stocked for meals at home, and the coffee bar offers several ways to make your morning cup. Beach chairs, an umbrella, towels, coolers, and sand toys are provided, making beach days easier to plan.

Loved the lanai/pool. Short distance to great beaches & historic Venice… Blind Pass Beach was our favorite-very quiet, found tons of shark teeth. Nicely decorated home, comfortable beds.

We can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay! This is an incredibly relaxing and comfortable vacation home. The home is truly remarkable, and our host thought of everything! We thoroughly enjoyed the privacy, the beautiful pool and lanai, the well-stocked kitchen and coffee/tea bar, the grill, and having two bedrooms and bathrooms. Every amenity made our stay that much more enjoyable. Our host truly didn’t miss a beat, right down to all the thoughtful little details. We felt completely at home from the moment we arrived. And watching Mr. Flash (the visiting Gopher Tortoise) make his appearances was an unexpected bonus! We absolutely loved our stay and hunting for shark teeth and shells at the nearby beaches was lots of fun! Five stars all the way!

We very much enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for the four of us - my husband, myself and our two small dogs:) The property was extremely clean, and basically had all items we needed to make it our home for 16 days. Dorota and Mac were both extremely attentive to any quick questions we had. We look forward to staying their one day again in the future.

A great little place!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a few nights for a long weekend getaway. The pool with a screened lanai was a great outdoor place to relax. We also really enjoyed all the nice little personal touches such as charger cords in each room, coffee/tea bar, and a basket of snacks/waters. The neighborhood is very quiet. We really enjoyed our stay!

We love the positive feedback from our guests and continue to improve our homes for the best guests' experience.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

"The Poolside" is nestled in a quiet neighborhood away from the crowds, yet close to everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Staying in the Bird Sanctuary you will see and hear many different kids of birds, turtles and geckos. The beloved Manasota beach is a quick car ride or even a bike ride away. The house features a split floor plan, with the common areas in the middle, great for gathering and relaxing, while the bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the house, for added privacy. Each of the bedrooms has its own full bathroom. The patio/pool area is spacious, sunny but also has a shaded area great for relaxing, entertaining or reading a book. This whole area is enclosed and has a brand new screen to keep the bugs away.

この宿泊施設の特徴

South Venice is known as the "Shark Tooth Capital of the World." Hunting for fossilized shark teeth that are thousands of years old, is by far the favorite activity of locals and tourists alike.
Additionally, we do not believe in basic rentals, therefore our rentals are stacked will plenty of extra items, to provide a home away from home experience. Our cottage is equipped with beach gear including a sand sifter, beach toys, 2 bikes and pool floats, so you can have all of the fun. The kitchen is very well equipped so that you can prepare your favorite meals. We provide fresh cotton linens, fluffy towels, cleaning supplies and toiletries.
