Small charming house completely refurbished with comfortable and very pleasant wooden terrace. Townhouse in a quiet alley with all amenities nearby. Close to shops rue Charles de Gaulle, 2 minutes. Beach 7 minutes walk, market 5 minutes away. Train station 8 minutes away. Parking in private residence included in the rental 250 meters away. Very quiet atmosphere. New interior design and all comforts. 2 real bedrooms, double bed for one and 2 twin beds for the other. 2 bathrooms shower WC. New and fully fitted kitchen. On the first floor, very bright living room with small veranda on terrace. The terrace is new and extremely functional.
A concierge of very good local reputation will be present to welcome you and will be available throughout the stay if needed. A linen rental service, not included, is available. Full end-of-stay cleaning is included. You have a very convenient parking lot available 250 meters away.
The services are present so that you can spend a memorable holiday and a pleasant stay in our seaside town.

Hébergement de qualité et joliment décoré. Nombreux équipements. Très bien situé au centre de La Baule. Tout se fait à pieds. Toutefois la localisation en plein centre rend l’hébergement bruyant la nuit à cause des sorties de bar.

Excellent séjour dans cette charmante maison, tout confort et très agréable. Conforme à l'annonce. Proche de toutes commodités, plus que nous l'espérions. Nous avons très apprécié le fait de ne pas utiliser notre voiture. Mon grand fiston partage notre avis. Il ne s'est pas ennuyé. Parfait pour les jeunes adultes.Très bon contact avec les propriétaires et très explicites si besoin.Service de conciergerie aux petits soins si besoin et ponctuel pour la remise des clés et pour le départ. Echanges par mail ou sms efficaces et rapides.Nous y reviendrons sans aucun doute.
