You will share a fenced garden of approximately 2500m² with the owners, as well as an 8x4m chlorine swimming pool, 1.60m deep, secured by a safety cover, open from mid-May to the end of September. The cottage is attached to the owners' garage and close to their house. Heating is provided by electric radiators and a wood-burning stove. Parking is available on site.
