Casa del las Conchas "House of Shells."
New on rental market. Beachfront 3 bedroom 2 bath with outdoor shower on the smooth sandy private beach of Playa Miramar.
Bright open.
Enjoy Fresh breezes and circulation throughout.
Extended wrap around patios on the beach, gives full view of ocean, sunrise, and amazing sunsets.
Fully appointed kitchen for fun family meals. Faces the beach with floor to ceiling windows.
Grill fresh fish & shrimp on the propane BBQ.
Wireless Wi fi Internet.
Smart TV to stream your favorite sports, tv shows, or movies.
The Queen bedroom shares Jack n Jill bathroom with the Bunk Room and opens to the beach patios.
The King suite has a private bathroom and also opens to the patios.
Bunk room can sleep up to 6 in beds.
We also have 2 Queen size floor sleeping pads to accommodate 4 more guests.

The posted rental rate for your dates is for max 10 guests.
Max occupancy is 14. We are happy to receive more guests at $25 a head per night. Please see the Beach House info in your rental agreement for occupancy limits.

Casa de Conchas features a private enclosed large parking area. All off street parking. Gated to let your pet dogs run around safely.
Playa Miramar is east of town 25 minutes. Smooth sandy beaches with only 1 row of homes. Very private & quiet.
Away from the crowds of town.

Our community is gated, guarded, with 24/7 patrolled security.

Excellent property!

This was everything we hoped for and more. Beautiful location, great amenities, and absolutely wonderful communication and help from Kimberly and Barney from arranging for massages on the veranda to answering any questions we had. Highly recommend this place!

Perfect beachfront

The house was very spacious and had all the amenities needed to enjoy a weekend at the beach. Kimberly was super helpful with her directions and answered all our questions quickly. I will definitely stay here again.

Dream Come true!!

The property was exactly what we were hoping for!! It has everything you could want and need! We didn't want to leave lol!! The owners were extremely accommodating and responded very quickly when we had questions. I HIGHLY recommend this property! We can't wait to stay again!

Perfect beach house!

This house was the perfect balance of form and function for our getaway. Great for the little ones and us adults. Beautiful sandy beach right out the back door. We brought all the food we would need so we didn't have to go into town except to grab some fresh fish and shrimp from El Malecon for some yummy surf and turf made in the kitchen and outdoor grill that had all the utensils and kitchenware we required! Great stay!

Wonderful Beach Vacation

Our family and two chihuahuas really enjoyed staying at this beautiful home on the beach. The sunsets were spectacular every night and we took some incredible pictures of the Milky Way at night with little light pollution. The home is well stocked with all amenities and plenty of water. It’s a very private location with one of the best beaches in Punto Penasco. Much better than any of the resorts at a similar cost. We can’t wait to return!

Our stay

The house was a perfect size for the five of us. Nice simple layout. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to cook and prepare our meals. The view was the best of all the houses we have rented in the last 6 years. The rental agent was very communicative.

Best beach in Rocky Point

This property was the perfect setup for my husband and I, our daughter and son-in-law, 2 teenage grandkids, 2 of their teenage friends….and a dog. The bunk room was perfect for the teens, and the place was stocked well with kitchen necessities as well as a bunch of games. But most importantly, it’s located on the best beach in Rocky Point. Tons of shells and sea critters, and no rowdy spring break crowds. The host was quick to reply to questions, and the place was spotless when we arrived. I’d definitely stay here again.

Awesome Stay

This property us so clean. As you enter in the first thing you notice is the view! It’s clear that the owner cares about the home. I loved all the shell decor especially in the showers. Everything was in working order. Kim the property manager is amazing. She is so available you have no worries about contacting her and knowing she will correct any problem you may encounter!

First timers to Mexico

Our experience at this house was awesome! We had our own private section of the beach. The view was just gorgeous🤩 two mornings we woke up to dolphin’s 🐬swimming by, road on the banana 🛶 boat pulled by a fast boat( kids loved it), and road horses 🐎 along the beach. (Small venders provided these along the coast) The water is just perfect. The house provided a shower outside to rinse all the sand off. (Huge convenience) Felt very safe and secure with closed fence, for our dog too. The only thing to complain about is the dirt road drive, but still very worth the vacation spot!

Great Location!

House was great, location is great. The beach is perfect. The house had all of the items that you might need in the kitchen and had plenty of towels. Only thing that was not perfect is that they are building another house right next door. And when I say right next door, I mean a couple of feet away. Tough to take a leisurely nap with hammers and saws going next door.
