We offer leather furniture and upgraded wood flooring and appliances. Free Wifi and Cable with HBO in all rooms.

Lots of choices are just steps or a short drive away. Shopping at the outlets, hike, bike or ski the mountains, go to Dollywood theme park and Splash Country water park. Groceries are available just a mile away at Walmart or Kroger.

We are just over a mile from the new convention center & The Island and just over 3 miles to Dollywood. Just one mile to the Cal Ripken Experience.

We have many restaurants to choose from and several walking distance. We're also close enough that you can walk to 3 Showcase Theaters Biblical Times, Smith Family Theater and Country Tonight.

Our condo is on the 3rd floor and offers an elevator and unit can be accessed by a wheelchair. Bathroom has extra wide doorways but is not a designated accessible bathroom.

Sorry No Smoking inside and no Pets per the condo policy. HOA does not allow Trailer parking

The condo was amazing! Very spacious and had everything we needed for our quick overnight stay. The directions were great and the recommendations were perfect! The only minor things I would mention is to mention the air mattress in the listing. I thought it was going to be a pullout couch. The air mattress was a good one that self-inflates and is tall which is great! Also, a little step stool would have been very helpful for those of us with short legs to get on the tall bed. Finally, nothing that the host can do, but once you turn into the condos it isn't super well lit. There were some lights, but it was rather dark when trying to unload everything. Again nothing the host can really do about that, but if you have a tough time seeing in the dark, get there before sundown or have a flashlight. Like I said, very minor and that's just what we came up against, everything else was perfect! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. Very quiet and convenient to a lot of restaurants and activities. We loved it there and will be staying again.

We really enjoyed the condo. It was convent to everything. The only issues we had were wifi and cell connection. I think it was more to do with the influx of people in the forge area though because service was spotty everywhere. My only cleanliness complaint was the floors. After walking around for 5 minutes my kids and my feet were black. Not too big a deal but we did make sure that they had socks on especially before bed.

Great location, clean, accurate description. We would definitely stay here again. There was 4 of us for the women of joy weekend. Also we left a hair dryer behind and they were kind enough to send it to us.

We very much enjoyed our two night stay, to break up a longer trip. The condo is roomy and very comfortable. It includes a large balcony with a nice view. The building is well away from the busy parkway, with the windows and balcony facing a large greenspace and the mountains beyond. This the fourth year that we stayed in these condos.

One TV didn’t work in Bedroom, Request handicap room, definitely not handicapped room, because beds were to high to get into, I have knee issues and had to sleep on the couch, because I couldn’t get in the to high beds. The two ladies with me didn’t have knee issues but also had trouble getting in the beds. Shower wasn’t handicapped accessible no hand rails, no room to more in standup shower. Had trouble getting into the room, we put in the passcode and door didn’t open, had to call manager and he said put passcode and hit quickset, no where on my on line instructions did it say hit quickset, need better instructions to access the room. Was a very nice, spacious and clean room!

We love to visit the Smoky Mountains and see the leaves change colors. Enjoying a comfortable space with our family is a true blessing. Retiring back to our home with comfy leather furniture and a fully furnished kitchen is so much better than any hotel room. Come see why we choose our condo as our family's home away from home. We enjoy being able to walk to restaurants and having a saltwater pool that provides hours of fun. We take pride in our home and are responsive to any of our guests needs. Our property is fully furnished and has all the amenities of home. Come and visit and see why it is our "away from home"!

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We were renting cabins and had some trouble with tight driveways and long drives back to them, so we looked for our own place. We loved that this property was walking distance to restaurants and the Trolley. We love being so close to town and have no parking or steep curvy roads to contend with. We also purchased this property because we loved how close it is to Dollywood (3 miles). We enjoy seeing the leaves turn in the fall and all the concerts offered close by. We enjoy relaxing and watching the sunsets. Our favorite amenity is the saltwater pool and year-round hot tub. We love to walk to several of the shows close by as well as the restaurants nearby. We're also just 1 mile from The Island and the cool things it offers including The Wheel (Giant Ferris Wheel)

We love watching the nature right off our balcony and seeing fireworks in the summer. Having a hot tub and saltwater pool on site is wonderful. Walking distance to restaurants, Shows & Museums. Our favorite restaurants are Apple Barn, Local Goat, Junction 35, & Blue Moose. Our favorite shows are the Stampede, Pirates, and Country Tonite
