Lots of choices are just steps or a short drive away. Shopping at the outlets, hike, bike or ski the mountains, go to Dollywood theme park and Splash Country water park. Groceries are available just a mile away at Walmart or Kroger.

We are just over a mile from the new convention center & The Island and just over 3 miles to Dollywood. Just one mile to the Cal Ripken Experience.

We have many restaurants to choose from and several walking distance. We're also close enough that you can walk to 3 Showcase Theaters Biblical Times, Smith Family Theater and Country Tonight.

Our condo is on the 3rd floor and offers an elevator and unit can be accessed by a wheelchair. Bathroom has extra wide doorways but is not a designated accessible bathroom. VRBO 455176 & 609850 have ADA toilets and grab bars.

Sorry No Smoking inside and no Pets per the condo policy. HOA does not allow Trailer parking

What a great condo!

The condo was exactly what we wanted! Having a place to relax in comfy furniture after a long day of adventures was our goal in finding a place for our trip. The location was right off the Main road and it was easy to get places. Would stay here again if we come back!

Spring break

We enjoyed our stay here .It was as described and quiet and peaceful. Mother Nature gave us winter again so we just hunkered down and just relaxed.Went to The Island and so did everyone else and rode up to Gatlinburg. A couple a suggestions ..some glass dishes to cook in the microwave with and a sign telling renters to leave door to washer open after use to keep from mildew I cleaned as much as I could off the gaskets but it needs some bleach ..also it keeps stoping after each phase of the cycle it goes back on only if you open and close the detergent drawer I cleaned it also but it didn’t help.Other than that it was perfect and we hope to come stay again…the beds are heaven!

Spring Break 2025

My family and I lived staying in this condo. Location was great and the condo itself is very nice,clean. The grounds are beautiful and cery well kept. Will definitely be staying there in the future!

Nice location & condo

Condo was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the sunrise on the balcony in the rocking chairs. Restaurant recommendations were good, Local Goat and Five Oaks Farm Kitchen were our favorites. Recommend you make reservations or get on their waitlist. They are popular. Nice accommodations and it met our expectations.

Lisa, our host was very personable and friendly. She gave us great advice about the community and places to visit. She responded quickly and welcomed us with excellent hospitality. 10 out of 10 recommend!

We love to visit the Smoky Mountains and see the leaves change colors. Enjoying a comfortable space with our family is a true blessing. Retiring back to our home with comfy leather furniture and a fully furnished kitchen is so much better than any hotel room. Come see why we choose our condo as our family's home away from home. We enjoy being able to walk to restaurants and having a saltwater pool that provides hours of fun. We take pride in our home and are responsive to any of our guests needs. Our property is fully furnished and has all the amenities of home. Come and visit and see why it is our away from home!

Love the location right off the parkway and no curvy mountain roads with hairpin curves in the dark or rain. Everything is so close. Great views and it feels so comfortable.
