Great stay!

My family and I had a wonderful 4 day stay at this basement rental. This place was very clean with comfortable beds and quite roomy for 5 adults. The neighborhood seemed fairly new and very quiet. It’s close to all- grocery store, restaurants, movie theater, etc. This home is only 25 min away from SLC airport. It is a basement home, so you will hear some pitter patter upstairs, but it was not a bother to us. I highly recommend this beautiful, clean home to all.

Good place to stay

Large open area, three good size rooms. So nice to have two full bathrooms and a washer and dryer! Hosts were easy to contact when we needed to extend our stay one day.

Perfect location

Our stay here was fantastic! Very close to everything that we were in town for. We had a couple of questions when we first arrived and Rachelle was very quick to respond. The place is very clean and cozy. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect family stay

Clean, cozy property. We were in town for a week long sports competition and it was perfect for us. The fully stocked kitchen was great for prepping snacks and lunches for our days out. Beds were comfy, house temp was amazing for the hot summer days and check in and out was a breeze. 100% recommend this property.

In town for softball

Our stay was comfortable. The property had the 3 things most important for a stay for a softball tournament. Laundry, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen to prepare meals on the go.

Another great stay

We have now stayed at this location twice and will definitely look for it again in the future. It is perfect for our family of 5 with children ages 15, 10, and 7. Clean, comfortable, and convenient.

Great family space

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The space was clean, comfortable, and inviting. The three rooms with enough beds for my wife and I and three children were perfect. The host was very friendly and responsive. Communication was excellent. We definitely recommend and endorse this property.

January Wedding

This was a great space for us coming from out of town for the wedding. Plenty of closet space. Good to have the kitchen area. Water pressure is pretty dismal in the showers and is very affected by the water use in the rest of the house. Not a whole house rental so the kids/people above can be a bit loud at times, echoed in the space. I am sure they heard our baby crying, too. Overall a good time and would consider staying again if we had the need to.

Cozy, convenient, comfortable stay

The space is very clean, and convenient. The accommodations are as described but even more comfortable. The hosts are very easy to communicate with and provided everything we needed. Glad to have stayed and will be back if we're in need to be in that part of the state.

Grandson turned one

We came to town to celebrate our grandson turning one. Although we didn't spend much time at the unit, it was nice to go back to a nice space to rest and regroup. The only negative was we could hear footsteps from the residents above. One night we could hear voices pretty loudly but it was early enough that it didn't interfere with our sleep. It didn't bother us, but those more sensitive to those noises should be aware.

Lovely Place

This is a neat, clean, comfortable place. It was a bit crowded for 9 people, but we made it happen. Herriman is a little far from most of our desired locations, but traffic was not problem. Would definitely stay again!

Jordan area gem highly recommended

This property was exactly as pictured in the listing. We had plenty of beds for the 4 adults and 4 kids in our group. The home was clean and nicely appointed. Rachelle was a great communicator and responsive when I had a question. She went above and beyond what is expected of a host for us. I would not hesitate to recommend this listing to another family looking for accommodations in the Jordan area of SLC.

Great stay!

We were very comfortable staying here! The owners were very prompt with any issues we had. Close to many stores and restaurants and easy to get anywhere in the Salt Lake valley. We were here during a snow storm. It was really nice that they had the driveway and sidewalk shoveled and salted for us.

Sporting Event

We stayed at this property for a long weekend with our family while our adult son competed in a sporting event. This property was very comfortable for our family, great communication with the owners and they bent over backwards to meet our needs. Quiet neighborhood, great access to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Would definitely stay again.
