Located w/in walking distance to beaches, shopping and w/in 1 mile to the most popular restaurants in PCB. This LUXURY 4 bd 3.5 ba home was built in 2015. It has travertine tile and granite throughout w/ high end appliances for the family that loves to cook. Enjoy 1k sqft of covered porches for entertainment. The rear porch has a 55" HDTV w/ a Kamado Joe grill for your use. The back yard is large enough to accommodate a large family w/ children that love to play and adults that love to have fun!
The home has nearly 1000 sqft of outdoor covered porches for entertainment. The home has a 55" HDTV on the back porch with a Kamado Joe Grill for your use. The back yard is large enough to accommodate a large family with children that love to play.
This home is located directly across the street from the canal which leads directly to the Gulf of Mexico. You'll be able to saltwater fish off the public dock every morning and every evening! Our family has spent many days on the dock.

Family get away

Home is just as the pictures would suggest. Back yard a little bigger than what pictures suggest. Plenty of room to throw a football with grandkids. Enjoyed the big TV on the porch and using the awesome grill. Inside is very spacious. Loved the master bath and openness of the family room. Plenty of light from windows , hardly used the lights at all. Ceiling fans in home kept a air moving and very comfortable. Hard to leave such a relaxing home. Gotta mention the check in being very easy and loved the emails received from owner as my stay date was getting closer. The price is appropriate for what you get. Treat yourself to quality stay, plenty of space, and all the modern amenities. We also had only a 15 min walk to some good seafood restaurants

House was great

Our family had a great week at this house. It's very spacious and the outdoor patio is amazing! We spent a lot of time out there. Loved being able to bring our pup, she had a great time also!

Exceeds expectations

This stunning property was everything we hoped it would be. It is in the perfect location to enjoy all the amenities that PCB has to offer. We took advantage of the outdoor living space during our stay. Worth every $ we spent.

Beautiful home

What a gorgeous home and the perfect location for a family trip. The home was clean, very spacious and just beautiful. They made check-in and check-out easy and smooth. So much to enjoy from the beach, to the local restaurants or the huge covered back porch and yard games they had at the house. Highly recommend this home!You will love your time here!
