With a breathtaking view of the ocean, this bright and modern apartment for 4 people is located on the 1st floor of a new luxury residence close to the village. The living room, opening onto a large terrace with sea view, is composed of a living room, a dining area and a functional fitted kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven and freezer). The entrance leads to the shower room, two bedrooms (1x160; 2X90) and a WC. The apartment is also equipped with a linen room (washing machine and dryer).
Finally, for maximum comfort, a garage is included, facilitating parking and providing security for your vehicle. The residence is equipped with a bicycle storage room.
